This sounds as though there was an automatic Windows 10 update that is conflicting with the older video driver on your system. This system is equipped with One Key recovery system. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, near the SD-card slot. Use a pin to push this button your system should boot to a selection screen where you can restore back to factory default settings for the operating system. This will delete any programs (APPs) you have installed and take the system back to the original factory settings. Once this is accomplished, let the Windows 10 system update. Then, there may be driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes.
