I'm looking to buy the lenovo yoga 910 2in1 here from best buy but is it compatible with the active pen or the wacum pen?! its adverised as such but the lenovo website advertises differently.

Is a rail kit/drive caddy needed to add a 2nd SATA 3.5 HDD? If so, where to buy?

There is an open 3.5" bay within this configuration. You should not need any additional parts to install a compatible 3.5" hard drive within the second bay.
