From the pictures on-line, I cannot see the DVD drive. Where is it located on this unit? Are all of the USB ports on the back?
There is an external CD/DVD drive included in the box. The connections are on the back. There are two additional USB ports on the dropdown web cam at the bottom of the screen.

A previous question asked if this model's 8 GB RAM could be upgraded and the answer was "yes, by a certified technician." Would the Best Buy Geek Squad qualify as certified technicians to avoid voiding the warranty?
