Is anyone having issues while pc is in sleep mode

There could be some drivers that need to be updated. You can check for driver updates here:

Can you watch stream videos and web browsing very fast.

This system is using the Chrome Operating System, as long as the streaming service you are using is compatible with the Chrome Operating System and the WiFi you are using is high speed, the buffering should be little to nonexistent.

I can't get speakers or mic to work on computer new out of box. Anyone else have this problem and how do I fix it?? I see a driver for Windows 8.1 but not 10 and I have 10.

Before you update drivers, be sure your speakers are turned on. Go to Control Panel - Audio and check the settings there to be sure the speakers/microphone are turned on. I have MS office already on discs that I purchased when you could buy the program and load in on your PC. Can I load the MS Office discs that I already have on this laptop or is it set up to only allow you to download the new subscription Office?

This system has Windows 7 as its operating system. We recommend you contact Microsoft as to the compatibility of the version of Microsoft Office you have and Windows 7.
