Not crazy about windows 10. Is there an option under settings to switch to windows 7?

Downgrading to Windows 7 would require the installation of a full version of Windows 7. We recommend you contact Microsoft for the compatible version of Windows 7 for the version of Windows 10 Home that is installed on this system.

You can follow the link below to see some diagnostic tips to check your system. You should be able to get sound through your TV’s speakers, the Stick 300 does not have built in speakers.

So the computer will fit within the sleeve, but it will not be a custom fit - There will be "wiggle room" for the computer within the sleeve. why bestbuy specification is wrong? Anyway can I replace original keyboard with a backlit keyboard? I believe this feature is important when we work in dim light

The system you have does have a backlit keyboard. Hold the Fn (Function Key) then tap the space bar to activate the backlight on your system.
