That is the idle speed of the processor, the boost speed of the processor (when it's called on to do intense work) is 2.2Ghz. This is to extend battery life.

How well does it fit the Thinkpad 14" 2 in 1?(20FY0002US) Does it allow for the case to be on while switching to tablet mode?

The case dimensions are: Height, 14.8 inches X Width, 9.57 inches X Depth, 1.18 inches.
The dimensions of the ThinkPad Yoga 2-14 are: Height,13.31 inches, X Width, 9.37 inches X Depth, 0.75 inches.
So the ThinkPad will fit but not tightly. You would not be able to use the case in tablet mode, it would be too loose.

Yes, it would be good for basic use. You will need a USB Ethernet adapter to hard wire this system or a WiFi router to connect to the internet.

Can't get nothing aftermy pass word

This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a small pin hole right near the plug for the power cord on the left side of the device. You will need a pin of some type to push the reset button. This will boot your system to a screen that will let you choose to boot to the desktop or restore to factory default. You may want to boot normally to desktop first to see if you can fix the issue. If you can't fix the issue you can always shut down the system and restart using the OneKey Recovery System again and restore to factory defaults. This wipes everything off the hard drive except the operating system and other software originally installed, so you will want backup any files before you do this.
