Hello I was wondering if you could change out the RAM and hard drive to speed the laptop up and if so how much ram could be added and does it use a standard sata drive?

All work on this system must be performed by a certified technician so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM for this system is 16GB and any replacement hard drive would have to be compatible with the rest of the system components.
