I bought this laptop two months ago and I seemed to have two displays- internal and wired. It seems that my internal display disappeared and only wired one existed. What can I try first before going to the store for help?

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Here's a few steps that you can try:
1. Use Keyboard Shortcuts: Try using the keyboard shortcut Windows key + P to switch between display modes. Select PC screen only to force the laptop to use its internal display.
2. Update Drivers: Use the Lenovo Vantage app to check for and install any display driver updates.
3. Disable Hybrid Mode in Lenovo Vantage App.
