Why do you make the second "image" of each item a video? It takes forever to see any of the product photos past the first image because videos take longer to load. It gets stuck on the 2nd video and you cant swipe to the next until its fully loaded.

Hi, Ram. Yes, you can use those services, but as for the mic, there is not one built into the desktop. Would have to rely on microphone input from the monitor you connect it to, a stand-alone mic, or headset.
