Hi, Randa. You can download Steam, but there's a couple flags with that. First, this system comes with a version of Windows 11 Home called S mode. For more insight, S mode is a more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System that only allows the downloading of applications from the Microsoft Store. If you try to launch or install an executable or .exe file, the system prevents it. This would mean you would have to switch in order to download and run most apps and games, including the Steam app. Should you desire to switch to Windows 11 Home, here is a link to a Microsoft webpage that shares how to do so (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-and-windows-11-in-s-mode-faq-851057d6-1ee9-b9e5-c30b-93baebeebc85). Also, as long as the games you wish to play have system requirements that are satisfied by the specifications of this IdeaPad to run the games, it should work in that regard as well.
