By definition, a 2k display would be 2560x1440, or 1440p for short. So how is this model a 2k display model with a 1920x1200? Is the feature list wrong on this model? Or is it the title that is wrong?

The primary difference is that 2K resolution can refer to more than one image size. For this reason, 2K is generally accepted as an umbrella term. It is typically used when referring to the motion picture industry, as many films are projected at this standard. These resolutions are defined by the Digital Cinema Initiatives, or DCI, a governing body comprised of major motion picture studios. The 1920x1200 resolution is considered as 2K as the horizontal resolution (number of pixels across the display) meet the parameters to fall under the 2K umbrella.

Bought one of these yesterday just to read text and .pdf files. Last night I was able to link it with a Lenovo laptop purchased earlier this year to share or transfer files but not able to today. Can I reset to default settings and if so how?

In the meantime, you could try to unlink, then link your M9 to the Smart Connect app again, ensuring Bluetooth and other permissions are continuously enabled to help ensure the connection between devices is stable.

Windows 11 in S Mode is a more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System that only allows the downloading of applications from the Microsoft Store. If you try to launch or install an executable or .exe file, the system prevents it. Should you end up wishing to switch to Windows 11 Home, it is free and should be a quick, simple process.
