Hi, Toronto. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your T5i. To resolve this, we recommend ensuring that you're running the latest BIOS available. You can do so by searching via the Lenovo Support website, or by going into the Lenovo Vantage application that may be on your Legion. Upon reaching the home screen of the Vantage app, select the Check For Updates button. This should search for and apply the latest BIOS update for your system, correcting the issue you are experiencing. There is a possibility that you may have to go into the system BIOS to configurable and enable XMP, and if you are not comfortable doing so, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Support directly for help.
