We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. You may need to repeat this process several times for all updates to populate and then be applied.
If after updates the issue persists, this may be a hardware-based problem. If this is the case, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support online at pcsupport.lenovo.com to submit a PC service request or over the phone at: 877-453-6686, to work with a representative who may help by providing a solution for you.
