Kellie - We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the registration of the VTech CM18245 cordless deskset to your main console CM18445. Please make sure that the maximum number of registered devices has not been reached. The main console can support up to 9 registered devices only. If this is not the case and the deskset display shows: 1) Press MENU on Console ->Registration ->Register Ext, like many electronic devices, a system reboot may resolve the issue. You can try rebooting your phone system by disconnecting the power from the telephone base and deskset then unplugging the batteries on the deskset, if there is any, for 1 minute. Reconnect and try the registration again. Please make sure the dekset is within range of the main console during the registration.
