The parent unit image from the camera is blurry at night. This wasn’t always the case. How to troubleshoot. Also blurry on app.
BabyQ - We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the VTech RM5764. Like many electronic devices, a reset may resolve the issue. To reset the baby monitor: 1. Unplug the AC power for 1 minute. 2. Turn off the parent unit by pressing the POWER button. 3. Press the pinhole at the back of the parent unit, take a pin and push button. 4. Press the POWER button on the parent unit and wait until they link back up. Reconnect and test. If the issue still persists, please contact VTech Customer Support for further assistance at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays. Can you get a corded phone to work with the IS 8151-5 System. We need to install 2 landlines into this system from comcast for our business. Owner likes a corded telephone. Do you have a system like this one with a hold button?
JDMParts - The VTech IS8151-5 is expandable up to 12 cordless handsets only. You can connect corded phones on the same line where the IS8151-5 is connected but they will work as stand alone phones. The IS8151-5 cordless handset will not communicate with the corded phones. You may check the 4-line CM18445 which is expandable with cordless deskset (CM18245) and cordless handset (CM18045) units and has a hold feature. Thank you! - VTech Support

Can the vTech CS6629-3 be expandable to give me a total of 6 handsets. In other words, I need a base phone plus an additional 5 handsets for a total of 6. If not, do you have any models similar to the CS6629 which are expandable to 6 handsets.
Gary - The VTech CS6629-3 telephone base supports a maximum of five handsets only. You may check the model IS8151-3 which can be expanded up to 12 cordless handsets. The compatible accessory cordless handset is IS8101. Thank you! - VTech Support

EFCU - The VTech DS6771-3 can only transfer a call from one handset to another system handset but it does not have the capability to transfer or forward a call to a different phone number. Does this have speaker phone? Does this have any options for ring tones?

This VTech CM18245 DECT 6.0 corded expansion deskset features its own digital answering system with up to 180 shared minutes of messages, announcements and memos. A 50 name-and-number caller ID history makes callback simple.
My CM18245 wont register to the CM18445, says failed. What's the fix?
Kellie - We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the registration of the VTech CM18245 cordless deskset to your main console CM18445. Please make sure that the maximum number of registered devices has not been reached. The main console can support up to 9 registered devices only. If this is not the case and the deskset display shows: 1) Press MENU on Console ->Registration ->Register Ext, like many electronic devices, a system reboot may resolve the issue. You can try rebooting your phone system by disconnecting the power from the telephone base and deskset then unplugging the batteries on the deskset, if there is any, for 1 minute. Reconnect and try the registration again. Please make sure the dekset is within range of the main console during the registration. If the issue still persists, please contact VTech Customer Support for further assistance at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
