Hi - We are sorry to hear that your VTech RM5752 is not working as expected. Make sure that your Android™ or iOS device is not using a 5 GHz network. Your camera operates on 2.4 GHz only. Connect your Android or iOS device to the 2.4 GHz version of the network that you are using. Like many electronic devices, a reset may resolve the issue. To reset the baby monitor:
Step 1. Unplug the AC power for 1 minute.
Step 2. Turn off the parent unit by pressing the POWER button.
Step 3. Press the pinhole at the back of the parent unit, take a pin and push button.
Step 4. Press the POWER button on the parent unit and wait until they link back up. Reconnect and test.
