Can I record with my vm320 monitor if so how
Hi - The VTech VM320 does not have the capability to record videos. You may look into our WiFi capable baby monitors VTech RM7764 or RM5752. Theses baby monitors allows you to record videos through the MyVTech Baby 1080p mobile app.

This VTech CM18245 DECT 6.0 corded expansion deskset features its own digital answering system with up to 180 shared minutes of messages, announcements and memos. A 50 name-and-number caller ID history makes callback simple.
My vtech CM18245 deskset is reading out of range or CS no power. The main console went bad today and we replaced it with a new one and since then all the desk sets are reading this error message. I did all the recommendations to fix it.
Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech CM18245. The CM18245 is still registered to the old main console hence the error message. You need to deregister the deskset first from the old main console then re-register it to the replacement one. If you are no longer able to power on the old main console, we recommend that you contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays. when i get an incoming call, both line 1 and line 3 ring together but when i answer all i hear is a dial tone. then theres a voicemail from the caller. please help

The same phone numbers may have been installed on both lines 1 and 2, hence, they both ring when receiving an incoming call. Please check the installation of the line cord at the telephone base to make sure that they are not from the same telephone jack. My multi-function printer is a Brother MFC-J6945DW. I want to connect the printer to the CM18445. How do I do it?
Hi- The VTech CM18445 does not have a port on the telephone base to connect a fax/printer machine. You can connect the units on different jacks or use a splitter to connect both devices to the telephone line. However, the VTech phone does not have the capability to determine if the incoming call is a fax or a regular call. We recommend to set your fax machine to Fax auto detect. Ideally, the number of rings for the fax machine should be set to a lower value than the number of rings for the answering system with the fax auto detect option active. This way, all types of calls regardless if it is a regular phone call or a fax call will be screened first before being directed to the correct path. Marty - The VTech IS8151-4 does not have a 2-line version. However,you may look into our 2-line models, which are the VTech DS6251-2 and VTech DS6151.
