We purchsed the cm18445 and we gave 3 lines that roll over that come in on one line from the wall. When we hook this line up to the console we do not get a dial tone and we are unable to complete the instulation. Can you please help?

Hi Angie, we are sorry that you are having an issue on getting a dial tone for the VTech CM18445. Please make sure that you have the compatible telephone wall jack for the phone. The type of telephone jack can only be a single line jack or a dual line jack. If you have one jack with 3 lines coming out of it, you may check with your telephone provider to split the jack into two. One jack for lines 1 and 2 and a separate jack for line 3. You can use an RJ14 when connecting the first 2 lines to L1/L2 port and an RJ11 for L3 port at the telephone base. If this does not help, please contact VTech Customer support for further assistance at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays. This phone requires the user to enter a “1” before the call can be connected. Can this be changed so that the call is answered when the handset is picked up?

Dave - The VTech SN5147 is not capable of requiring for the number 1 to be pressed when receiving an incoming call. However, when answering a call on the cordless handset, the Talk/Flash button has to be pressed. The call will connect right away when answered on the telephone base by picking up the corded handset.

is there a head set to go with this phone system?

Hi, The VTech CM18245 is compatible with 2 different types of headset. A 2.5MM corded headset and a DECT 6.0 cordless headset. You can look for the model IS6200 for the wireless headset. Please be advised that the IS6200 needs to be registered on the main console for it to work with the CM18245. Thank you!

I can't figure out why the camera keeps doing a fluttering beep that is continuous and extremely annoying. The only time it stops is when everything is turned off. What is this beeping?! How do i turn it off?!

Can I connect the VM5262 to my iPhone?

The VTech VM5262 is not compatible to an iPhone. This unit will only work as a set and is not compatible with any devices. However, the RM5752 has the feature you are looking for which you can remotely access your baby monitor away from home by connecting the unit to your wi-fi and accessing the app through your iPhone.

The VTech CS6709 is not compatible with CS6429-3. If you need the HS compatible to your model, you can look for CS6409. The telephone base supports a maximum of 5 handsets. Please be advised that HS needs to be registered on the main telephone base to operate. Thank you!

Can u connect two cm18445

Roger - You can only have 1 VTech CM18445 within a set. You can expand the VTech CM18445 system by adding a combination of only up to nine devices (CM18045, CM18245, IS6200).
