How do you forward a call to cell phone?

Hi - The VTech IS8151-4 can only transfer a call from one handset to another system handset. You may check with your local telephone company for call forwarding service through them.

I have the RM5764-2HD version of this which comes with 2 cameras instead. My parent unit stopped working is there a way to replace only the parent unit or will I have to buy the whole thing again?

Your baby monitor is a non-expandable model, hence, the cameras will only work with the parent unit that they came with. There is no option to pair them to a different parent unit. My camera was dropped and now has a black line showing up on my monitor can I purchase another camera without a new monitor or have it repaired?

Hi - We are sorry to hear with what happened to your VTech RM5764HD. We regret to inform you that your baby monitor is a non-expandable model, hence, there is no option to pair it with a different camera. Kindly do a complete reset on your baby monitor by turning off and unplugging both the parent and baby units fromt he electrical outlet. Wait for 1 minute before you plug and turn back on the units. If the issue will still persist, we can only conclude that the unit is malfunctioning and it has to be replaced. Please be advised that the 1-year manufacturer's warranty does not cover a unit that has been subjected to accident, neglect or any other physical damage.

If I buy two of these and place them in rooms near each other will the interfere with each other?

Hi - If you are going to have 2 sets of the VTech VM5254, we suggest that you makes sure that the parent and baby units are atleast 3ft apart. Doing so will lessen the possibility of the 2 sets interfering with one another. If you need to have 2 cameras, you may look into the VTech VM5463-2 or VM5255-2.

Kitty - Yes, you can install the VTech CS6114 to be used with your CS6829. You need to install the base of both the VTech CS6114 and CS6829 on their own telephone wall jack and AC outlet. The 2 units will work as extension phones.
