The DVD players that are built into some TV's do not play Blu-ray discs, and at this time we do not sell a TV that has a Blu-ray player built in. I would consider purchasing a standalone Blu-ray player, and you could start looking here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=abcat0102003&type=category. I hope this helps!

Best Buy® does not sell any 23 inch LCD TV's, but we do sell multiple 22 inch TV's. The only 22 inch TV we sell that doesn't have a built in DVD player made by the three manufacturers you named is made by LG, and you can see it here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8743513&type=product&id=1202648988769. We also sell 22 inch TV's without built in DVD players that are made by Samsung, Dynex, and Insignia. You can see the Samsung here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8742872&type=product&id=1202648988086, the Dynex TV here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8987475&type=product&id=1218006548849, and the Insignia TV here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8632544&type=product&id=1194052042092.
