If the PSP is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty I would call Sony at 1-800-345-7669. The manufacturer's warranty on a PSP is a one year parts and labor warranty. Sony will most likely require you to provide proof of purchase to verify that the PSP is still covered by the warranty. I hope this helps!
