Is there a way to set up a specific text message alert sound for each contact person?

right now on my BB i can tell which person text messages me based on the alert sound - can that be done with the S3? i know you can do it with the ringtones but i want to do it with the message alerts

As far as I am aware, although you can have specific ringtones for each contact when they call, text messages will all use the same ringtone that you have selected for texts.

Does this tv come with an alarm/sleep feature . or is there a tv of any brand that has an alarm feature?

Absolutely! The Samsung TVs will indeed offer a timer and sleep timer. In order to access the timers, you will want to head into the TV's menu, then into the setup sub-menu. Once there head into the time option, and you should see the timer setup. Also you can press the "Tools" button on your remote to bring up the mini menu where you can easily select the sleep timer settings.

Is this TV compatible with the Dynex S-Video Audio/Video Selector Switch?

Is this TV compatible with the Dynex S-Video Audio/Video Selector Switch? Product number for switch is DX-VS201A. Just purchased both and was told by worker it would connect, were having a hard time connecting.

Although none of the Samsung TVs offer an S-Video output, the switch you mention should still be compatible since it has composite inputs and outputs. The TV itself will have a composite/component combination output, which means the yellow plug would have to be connected to the green port on the back of the TV. Is this TV USB Bluetooth compatiable?

I was wondering if this TV could use a USB Bluetooth adapter for a wireless headset. I was just wondering if it is compatible. Any help would be great thanks.

From the available information, none of the Samsung TVs will be compatible with USB Bluetooth dongles.

Is there a usb adapter available to use a "Cablecard" through the tv's usb port?

At this time, there are no Samsung manufactured CableCard adapters for the Samsung TVs.

I connected to Directv, but can't get a picture, are there any special cords needed to connect, or how do I get it to work?

I have a UN40D6000SFXZA that appears to be compatible with both the WIS12ABGNX and WIS09ABGN. My question is there any features/functionality that one device offers over the other?
Also is there any plans to introduce a wireless AC version in the near future?

The Linkstick actually only allows the TV to connect to a wireless network and will not add any additional features to the TV. That said, you can use either of these Linksticks and still get the same connectivity to a wireless network. Additionally, I do not have any information on a wireless AC unit at this time.
