Does this home theater system require a 3D TV?
In the overview it says "To build a complete 3D home theater system, you'll also need a 3D TV, 3D glasses designed for the TV and a high-speed HDMI cable."
Does that mean it requires a 3D TV or just mean that it is optimized for a 3D TV?

You can use 2D with any model of Samsung Blu-Ray player.
If you want 3D, you will need the player to communicate properly with the TV and the active shutter glasses.
So a quick summary: you can watch 2D with any TV, or 3D with a "3D television" using this Home Theater system.

does 'refurbished' mean pre-owned
It can, and it can also just mean it was a display model or the item just had an open box. Although I do not have any information on refurbished items, a dedicated Retail representative may be able to assist you better with this question. Can I connect external speakers directly to Samsung UN32EH4003 TV
Although the speaker system on the Samsung TVs offers rich and clear audio quality, I can understand the desire to have a higher fidelity audio experience. To do so, I would recommend that you acquire an A/V receiver or SoundBar and connect the audio from your broadcast devices directly to the audio device, since there are no audio outputs on the UN32EH4003.

It says in the features,the 4G LTE is avilable to the unlocked verisons,however in store the staff mentioned 4G not avilable for unlocked version, please confirm?!
Based on the model number, it will have 4G capabilities. However, the I9300 is the international version and most likely will not support the US 4G bands. Although the store associate may be correct, please contact your carrier for confirmation on this model's 4G compatibility with their network.

Can I connect my MacPro as a monitor?
Although the current generation Samsung TVs will no longer offer a VGA port, there are two other ways to connect your PC or Mac to a Samsung TV for monitor functionality: HDMI to HDMI or HDMI to VGA/DVI/Displayport.
That said, the Samsung TVs do not offer wireless or networked monitor capabilities.
Please note, in the computer's operating system, you will need to set the display settings to either clone or extended view and set the computer’s resolution to match that of the maximum resolution of the TV in order to view your computer’s desktop on the TV.
If your computer offers HDMI out, I would highly suggest using this connection, since it is a basic plug-n-play connection (meaning almost no adjustment is needed on the TV or PC).
HDMI to VGA/DVI/Displayport is almost the same as straight HDMI, but in this case, you will want to connect the DVI end of the cable to the computer (if available) and the HDMI into the TV. This is also considered a plug-n-play connection.
Unless otherwise specified by your computer manufacturer, you will need to connect the computer's audio to the TV with a separate cable (3.5mm jack cable from the PC’s audio output to the TV’s DVI/HDMI Audio input), since most computers do not support audio over HDMI, VGA or DVI.

Adding speakers
I saw the answer about adding speakers to this TV. I run on a treadmill and this TV is in my exercise room, the sound is not loud enough with the treadmill going so I want to add additional sound. I saw the response about sound bar/reciever, I don't want to spend the additional funds for a receiver but there are some less expensive sound bars. Will a USB sound bar that is designed for computer be compatable? Or do you have another recommendation for a bit louder sound at a resonable price?
I'm very sorry for the confusion, however, none of the Samsung TVs will have the ability to use USB speakers. That said, since the UN32EH4003 does not have any audio outputs, the only way to use external sound is to connect your media/broadcasting device directly to a SoundBar/Receiver, then bypassing the video to the TV.
