Connecting to WiFi

I am ususally pretty tech savy but I cannot for the life of me find how to connect this tv to my wireless network. Under what setting or menu option is this feature located?

What kind of warrenty comes with a refurbished unit ?

was wondering what kind of warrenty comes with a refurbished unit, and why is it refurbished ?

Refurbished, open box or returned units may have a different warranty than a product that was sold new in the box. We recommend contacting the retailer directly to find out more details on any given products prior to purchase.

As to why the product is refurbished, sometimes it was returned from a customer who was either unable to operate the machine, decided they didn't want it or had a possible malfunction that was checked and fixed from an authorized repair process.

Full Functioning Netflix

Does this product have a full-functioning Netflix (like Apple TV), or does the Netflix with this product simply use an Instant Queue only?

Netflix is responsible for creating and updating the app each one of the Samsung Blu-ray players and televisions, so features can always vary. That said, in the 2012 Smart Hub platform, mostly Netflix offerings allows you the ability to search for individual movies on the device and also has a robust feature offering that allows you to view recommendations from Netflix.

Touch Control Panel Sensitivity

Can you adjust the sensitivity on the Touch Control Panel on the SMH1816S? Have to push the buttons kind of hard and several times?

Thank you for the question. There is no adjustment for the sensitivity of the buttons on the SMH1816S. Please keep in mind that if the buttons were too sensitive the microwave might be turned on unintentionally, which could damage it. That said, if the buttons are not working consistently, I would suggest contacting 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether service is necessary.

Yes, the DV365 does need to be connected to a water source in order to use the Steam feature. The dryer comes with a "Y" connector and hoses to connect it either to the cold water inlet on the washer, or directly to your home's cold water supply.

Door latches

We just purchased this fridge and noticed that the latch in between the French doors doesn't close properly. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm sorry to hear the doors on your new RF220NCTASR may not be closing properly. It's possible that this is due to the refrigerator not being level. Please try adjusting the front leveling legs after placing a carpenter's level on one of the shelves. The bubble in the level should be perfectly centered left to right. Please refer to page 15 of the user manual for more information. If this does not help to resolve the issue, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG for further assistance.
