There are copy protections in place, and Cinevia is one of them.

Cinavia is a Blu-Ray Disc Association standard and its implementation begain in 2009. It is currently a requirement of all commercial Blu-Ray players, and has been since 2011 on Samsung players.

Thanks for the question. Instructions and tips for loading the WA400PJHDWR can be found on page 18 of the user manual which can be downloaded from Samsung's website for easy reference. Following is an excerpt from that page:

• You can fill the tub with dry, unfolded clothes, but DO NOT OVERLOAD the tub, No more than 3/4 full.
• Overloading may reduce washing efficiency, cause excess wear, and possibly cause creasing or wrinkling of the load.
• Wash delicate items such as bras, hosiery, and other lingerie in the Delicates/Hand Wash cycle with similar lightweight items.
• When washing big bulky items or a few smaller items that don’t fill the tub completely – a rug, a pillow, stuffed toys, or one or two sweaters, for example – add a few towels to improve spin performance.
• Do not insert bulky items except for Bedding in this cycle.
