does the rugby II have the ability to work as an mp3 player and will it accept my memory chip?

The Rugby II will actually support up to 16GB of microSD card storage and should be able to play back most music files.

Can all units(video game, tv, dvd player) be hooked up to the sound bar at the same time?

I'd like to know if I decide to purchase this sound bar, after installing it will it work for everything? TV, Video Game, DVD player, perhaps a kareoke machine as well.

This model will support one HDMI-In (and has an HDMI out for the TV) as well as a single AUX (3.5mm) input if you were to connect each device separately.

You could connect all of your devices into the television, and send the television's audio to the AudioBar (using either 3.5mm or RCA from the television to the 3.5mm AUX In on the AudioBar), and that would work for all of your connected devices.

What file systems are supported via the USB connection?

If I hook up an external USB hard drive with video files on it, what file systems are supported? Specifically, is NTFS supported?

Hard-drives may be "hit and miss".

This model supports MSC Class devices, such as thumb-drives. So while we can't suggest that all models will work, there will likely be some hard-drives that will be compatible.

Why the older Android OS?

On the Samsung website, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1" wi-fi version comes with the Android 4.1 operating system, aka Jelly Bean. Why does the one sold through Best Buy come with an older version of the operating system? If I purchased this product through Best Buy, would I get automatic OS updates?

Although I have no information as to why this specific Tab 2 does not have the updated OS (since I do not have access to Best Buy's inventory system), I can say that if the OS update is available (which it should be), this Tab 2 can indeed be upgraded.

All new in box Samsung cell phones will indeed include a home charger (usually a USB cable that can be used as both a data transfer cable as well as a charging cable and a wall outlet adapter that the USB cable connects to). However, none of the Samsung cell phones will include a car charger.

Does this phone include headphones if purchased in-store at Best Buy at full price?

Does the Samsung Galaxy Note II for Verizon include headphones? I purchased the Galaxy Note II from Best Buy last Wednesday and I am unsure if it had headphones in the box.

Although I cannot say if your specific model was supposed to come with headphones (I do not have access to Best Buys inventory system), I do know that the non-carrier version of the Note II does come with headphones. Please contact a Best Buy associate for additional information.
