- What does this mean? If I already have an unlimited plan do I have to add more to it?

Will an older WE357A7W pedestal work with this washing machine?

I recently purchased the WF365BTBGWR washer, and I have a WE357A7W pedestal from an older Samsung washing machine. Can I install the old pedestal on the new washer? The delivery guy said that the new pedestals have a different connection system than the older ones, so he wouldn't attempt it. (new ones clamp on the feet, while the old one requires the feet to be removed, and the pedestal bolted to the base of the machine). But when I look at the Samsung website, it shows the same pedestal installation instructions for this machine as it did for the older washing machines. It shows to remove the feet from the machine and bolt on the pedestal. Can these two work together, or do I have to live with no pedestal?

Thanks for the question. Yes, the WE357A7W is compatible with the new washer and dryer models, including the WF365BTBGWR, which have the same type of leg assembly as the previous models. The difference is in the pedestal attachment system. The newer pedestals have a Quick Install system that requires the feet to remain attached; the feet then fit into a clamped assembly that comes pre-installed on the pedestal. As you mentioned, your type of pedestal can be attached to the new washer by removing the washer feet and bolting it to the pedestal using the same parts that were used to attach your previous washer.

There an instruction page for installation of a SK-4A/XAA?

Samsung stacking kits should come packaged with their installation instructions. The current kit model number is SK-5A which includes two sets of brackets. One set is sized for smaller units and is similar to the earlier SK-3A kit; the other is similar to the SK-4A and fits the larger capacity models. The instructions for installing the brackets is the same; the difference is in the spacing of the holes.

Can you send pictures to other phones I see it said no MMS

Why does this dryer continue to run past the timed dry?

The dryer will not shut off, it continues to tumble after the time is up. It only stops when you open the door then the cycle ends. I read it could be a defective main board and also that it has to do with the wrinkle prevention setting? any help would be great.

It's possible that you've activated the Wrinkle Prevent feature which causes the dryer to continue to tumble in unheated air for up to 180 minutes after the cycle is complete to help prevent wrinkles from setting in. To activate or deactivate this option, simply press the Wrinkle Prevent button on the control panel.

Why was this refurbished? and is it fixed?

I read alot of bad reviews talking about the netflix app. Was wondering if this works now.

"Refurbished" often refers to a product that has been returned to the retailer andbrought back to factory release specifications, although some cosmetic imperfections may be present. In some cases, refurbished items may have been opened or returned, but generally retailers refer to those as open box or customer returned items. To clarify completely, it's always best to verify this first with your retailer prior to purchase.

If there is something wrong that cause the unit to be refurbished, it would most certainly have been fixed prior to being sold. The Netflix app is included, there are no known issues with either the service or the app working correctly.
