Dongle compatibility

I've bought the wis12abgnx dongle as previous version (wis09abgn) no longer available but my LE37B65OT2 wont accept it; are they incompatible?

Since your TV is an international version, the US Linkstick will not be compatible with it. Please contact your regions Samsung service for more information on purchasing the right Linkstick for your TV.

Model comparison question

Whats the difference between the UN55es6100FXZA model and the UN55ES6150 model? And if they are priced the same what is better to buy?

Aside from a differing dynamic contrast ratio (the ES6100 offers 6,000,000:1, while the ES6150 offers 5,500,000:1), both of these models are exactly the same. Additionally, the ES6150, from my understanding, is a warehouse club model, while the ES6100 can be purchased right here on Bestbuy.com.

Does this tv have dual voltage capability to be used in Singapore

All UN, PN and LN units (North American Units) will only have support for NTSC/ATSC/QAM broadcasting systems and NA power systems. Since the NA TVs will not accept a PAL signal or Non-NA voltages, you will not only need a converter for the broadcast, but also for the power if you would like to use the TV in a PAL country. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend a specific converter since Samsung cannot offer support for products we do not manufacture.

Do I need the Blue Ray in order to get the WIFI capability?

Does this TV have a built in WIFI, or does it depend on the BLUE RAY for this functionality?

The UN55ES6100 will actually have WiFi, Smart Hub and Samsung Apps all built-in to the TV.

Can you set up wireless headphones with this 3DTV? Please also let me know lead time.

Unfortunately, headphone jacks are not available on this unit; however you can still connect headphones to this unit with a third party headphone device (either through RCA, 3.5mm jack or Optical). Since the audio outputs on this unit are a fixed pass through type of connection, you would need an intermediary device to control the volume, since the TV does not have control of the volume coming out of the analogue and digital audio outputs. Additionally, the Samsung TVs will not offer direct wireless connectivity to wireless capable headphones.

Although the Contrast Ratio’s numerical value is not currently published for this model, the “Dynamic Contrast Ratio” of the UN32EH4003 is being stated as "Mega Contrast", meaning that the contrast ratio can be adjusted higher then similarly featured TVs in its category.

LE40C750 Television

I have a Samsung LE40C750R2 TV and I don't know which W-lan Stick should I buy now.
WIS09ABGN or the new one WIS12ABGNX. Because on the official homepage of samsung they said the USB Wlan Stick WIS12ABGNX is not compatible with my tv but maybe it could work.
So please tell me which one I better should buy. And where is the difference between these two products ?

It looks like your TV is an international version, and therefore none of the US Linksticks will be compatible with your TV.
