Which camera/camcorder do I need that will do both.

Is there a camera that can take moving video also?
Is there a camcorder that takes still pictures also?
Pretty much all except the most inexpensive (under $70 range) camcorders have a Photo button for stills.
The quality of photo images from camcorders have improved a lot over the past years but are still not as good as you get with a true digital camera.

difference between 60Hz & 120Hz

HZ refers to the refresh rate of the monitor/screen.
The higher the Hz basically the smoother the appearance of faster motion content video.
Video such as sports will look smoother...more natural.

Best Camera for extended recording in no light

I need a camcorder to monitor my horses at night. Since it is in a barn I don't have a computer out there so web cams are not an option, must have ability to record for at least 8-10 hours either on battery or by plugging it into an outlet. and easy to use, I'm NOT tech savy. Thanks!
Sony camcorders are fairly light sensitive with the Nightshot function. The DCR-SR68 is a 80gb camcorders that should give you long record times in Extended record mode.

t1i or t2i good enough to start photography business?

I have been looking into buying either the t1i or t2i with the hopes of taking pic from babies to nature shots as a business and need to find the best camera for a good start.
Both of these models would be OK to start off with. I started my business with the original Canon Digital Rebel with only 6mp.
Basic portraits and nature will be OK with the correct lenses. The lenses will still be usable with a better Canon camera later ...like maybe the 50D.
Get a 55-300mm for nature. and a good f/2.8 105mm for portraits.

if i want to play netflix through my laptop which has an HDMI out, what options do i have for audio?

Audio is also carried through the HDMI line. You should be able to find the Audio option in the control panel for Windows.

Does the Canon EOS Rebel T1i have "B-Mode" for long exposure time shots?

I want a high resolution digital SLR for night astronomy photos that is compatible to mount to a telescope?
All digital SLR cameras have a BULB setting but only in the M for Manual mode.

I have an S-video port in my TV, but only USB or HDMI on my laptop and I want to try to connect my laptop to my TV- any ideas?

Another option might be a HDMI to RCA cable set.

eye-fi and insignia camera?

I just bought an Insignia camera (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Insignia%26%23153%3B+-+12.0-Megapixel+Digital+Camera+-+Dark+Gray/9766188.p?id=1218169671123&skuId=9766188) and an Eye-Fi card (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Eye-Fi+-+Share+X2+4GB+Secure+Digital+High+Capacity+Memory+Card/9765392.p?id=1218169696870&skuId=9765392&st=eye-fi&cp=1&lp=1) and no matter what I try the camera will not save pictures to the card or to my computer. Does this card even work with the Insignia camera? Any troubleshooting tips?
There is a chance that the eye-fi that you have may not be compatible. Check this link:
