I'm looking for a new camera. The camera I have is adequate under normal circumstances, but fails in 3 areas: - taking pictures in poor light/indoors without flash - taking pictures quickly (as in from a moving bus) - stable images when taking pictures while moving Since (on vacation) pictures are often taken in poor light (a castle at night) or moving (a tour bus) I need a camera that can do these things well. Suggestions?
It does sound like you are a good candidate for a Digital-SLR camera. What you need is full control of your camera functions and a compact camera will be mostly auto. Any of the entry level Digital-SLR cameras from Canon, Nikon, Sony and other will work well. Most lenses come in two versions..a standard lens and a IS (Image Stabilized) version. Sony has put the stabilization in the body of the camera so any lens you put on a Sony Digital-SLR is stabilized. Also Sony has built in wireless control of external Sony flashes in all bodies. Only certain models of other manufactures do this. Low Light photos can be done with increasing the ISO...sensitivity of the sensor. All Digital-SLR have almost no shutter lag allowing quick shooting.
They do make a adapter to use a VHS-C in a full size VHS player. There is not an adapter for 8mm, Hi-8, Digital or miniDV to use in a full size player.
I just moved to Brazil and brought my Samsung LCD TV with me. The digital system here is ISDB-T and my TV will not work since it is ATSC. Can I buy an international converter or have my TV's digital system receiver changed so I can use it here?
I want to buy a projector to use with my computer which has 2 DVI outputs. Is it possible to convert DVI out to HDMI in and would that be better or worse than DVI out to DVI in?
Most Flat Profile TVs have a mounting system. If the new TV your are replacing the old 24" with is a bigger screen the old wall mount might not be rated to support the extra weight. Please be careful.
It would still be the same converter. If your RV is not using a AC electrical system you will need an voltage inverter. There will be 12v TV/Digital Converter coming out.
Looking for a better camera (with changeable lens)that I can take pictures at weddings, graduations, and still sit in the deer stand and take good pictures, and one that doesn't take long inbetween shots?
Any of the entry level cameras from Canon, Nikon and Sony will get you a good start on these type of photos. For nature and sports shots you might want to look for a higher frame rate (FPS) of around 4 to 6 FPS. There are some nice bundled kits to look for that come with a standard lens of around 35-70mm ..good for portrait and general shots. Plus a 70-300mm good for nature and sports.

how to you upload videos on your laptop from the sony cyber shot
You should be able to connect the camera to your computer and just drag and drop the files to any folder you choose. You could also use a card reader instead of connecting the camera.
