Five program settings (for Smoothies, Hot Soups, Dips & Spreads, Frozen Desserts, and Self-Cleaning) automatically adjust to the container size you’ve selected, process your recipes, and stop the blender when complete. Built-in wireless connectivity will allow Ascent™ Series blenders to evolve with the latest innovations for years to come.

Not typical Vitamix quality and overpriced
on November 3, 2020
Posted by: TrueReviews20
Vitamix undeniably makes some of the best blenders available on the market. In short, I wouldn't highly recommend this model unless you're looking for specific features that the other models don't have. I'm very familiar with the more basic and traditional Vitamix blenders with very few features. However, they get the job done very well every single time. This specific model goes after shiny new features with the buzz of smart functionality but with poor delivery and loss of the true Vitamix quality.
Set up: unboxing and set up Took about 15 minutes. I think it's very useful to really read through the manual and understand the features of this particular model and how to use them appropriately. It takes about 5 minutes to get it linked to the app. Initially, I wasn't sure how useful or necessary the app was. Once you get used to its features and how to incorporate it into daily use, it can be really cool. Overall, I think its a cool additional feature and not a must have.
Design: This is one of the high points of this blender. It looks high end and sleek. You have the option to select through a range of colors. The buttons have a good feel and appropriate sensitivity. This was a big switch from the knob and switch style of my original Vitamix. The knob also has a great feel with appropriate sensitivity. One of the best things about Vitamix is the quality of the container. I have dropped them numerous time and accidentally dropped this new one onto hard floor already. The don't even scratch easily. They are high quality and not too heavy, not too light. The size is a little bit more compact for the motor size than I was expecting, so you may be able to keep it on the counter like I am. I do wish they included a longer cord with a better way to store the cord.
Blending function: Now to the most important part. How well does it blend? I'd say it's about 70-80% as good as the more simple Vitamix models. The preset features and smart functionality are nice add-ons and updates to the line up but I don't believe the are refined enough. The manual mode doesn't exactly solve this problem either, not in the way I was expecting. The modifications to the manual mode have altered to level of control you have and it doesn't seem to function the same way as the analog versions. I tried most of the preset functions twice. The milkshake feature was probably the most inconsistent. With all the settings I used recipes I've consistently made with my older model. The milkshakes would come out with inconsistent viscosity, especially when I added more ingredients like fruits or desserts. The soup function was generally good and consistent and I was able to make creamy tomato and pea soup without any difficulty. Smoothies were generally very good but the same recipes would produce different results sometimes. The dips/spreads feature is the most useless in my opinion. I tried making my regular salsa recipe on multiple different settings before switching to manual. Manual produced the most similar and consistent result but it was more difficult to obtain than in my basic, older model. I used the frozen dessert setting once to make sorbet and that's it.
Self cleaning: A useless additional feature. This blender has always been easy to clean and I can pop it in the dishwasher. It's nice to have but not needed.
Overall, if you really want the shiny new features and sleekest look model, this is it. I don't think this model's price tag is justified and that there is better within the brand. At the end of the day, this will get the job done well and much better than almost every competitor.

Another solid choice from Roomba
on September 29, 2020
Posted by: TrueReviews20
Roomba has been the leader in the robot vacuum world and this model does not disappoint. After having extensive experience with the next closest competitor, I would say Roomba has a better vacuum overall. The attention to detail is higher and the app is good. I don't believe Alexa/Google integration is an absolute must for me, since I have it on a schedule. However, I think it is a useful feature when I want it to clean outside of the schedule. The vacuum cleans well and gets better each run, but I don't know if I agree with the round shape. Although my other robot vacuum doesn't do a great job with edges, I think the squared front allows it to get closer/more flush with edges. Overall, this is a good vacuum for an apartment or smaller home.
Setup: This takes about 20-30 minutes depending on how much of the app and smart features you set up. Very straight forward and I let it charge overnight for a start the next day. It wasn't too cumbersome to get the app, WiFi, and Alexa integrated. The charging base is low profile and easily tucked away.
Cleaning: I have mine set to a schedule. Currently I have it going 1 time a day. I had not vacuumed in approximately seven days. Within three days of use the robot covered the entire house. It clearly was "getting to know" the layout initially. Over the next week is continued to improved and begin to make a much more routine course. Now, I can see how clean my floors are since it's on daily. I can clearly see dirt around some of the harder to reach edges. My biggest area of criticism is in areas that are not leveled. It has difficulty picking up dirt in areas that transition from higher to lower (ie. carpet to hard floor), but not as much so from lower to higher. It does fine when it runs parallel to these areas. It gets stuck on the typical things such as cords, rugs, bags, etc but I think that is expected. You get used to keeping areas more clear once these events happen. The vacuum isn't as rough as my current unit on walls/furniture. This is important since constant contact/rubbing/smashing into things can really damage furniture. It picks up long pet hair without any difficulty, didn't notice any significant tangles yet. Overall, I think it does a great job at keeping my home clean but it's not going to completely replace an old-fashioned vacuum.
Battery/dirt: It generally cleans about 500 sq. ft (at least) on one charge. I really have no complaints here. This is highly user dependent based on your needs. I cleaned the canister daily at first, but with a daily schedule I now only empty it out every 3-5 days. When there's more dog hair it's more often, as expected. It's compatible with the Clean Base but I think that's a very expensive add-on.
Overall: I would recommend this unit. Find it on sale. It does a great job and keep my home so much cleaner. This probably isn't great for large homes and would require a different model. You won't regret this addition to your cleaning tools.

Continued excellence from Logitech
on August 30, 2020

Logitech racing wheels are always fun to use and work very well. This wheel takes me back to my childhood but also brings cutting edge technology and racing accuracy. Logitech made a good decision allowing for the cross compatibility of the PS4 or PC on one wheel since many gamers have a console and PC these days. The price point is very reasonable considering you get this flexibility. Overall, I highly recommend this driving wheel if you are in the market but cannot accurately describe whether it's worth the upgrade over the last version.
Look and Design: This looks and feels like a professional wheel. It doesn't feel cheap and has really good weight. I don't personally have a racing chair for this, but that would put the experience over the top. I started out with setting it on my coffee table (and my lap at times) which was good enough to stat. All of the buttons have a good feel.
Gaming experience: The steering wheel has 900 degrees of rotation. That is phenomenal. Maneuvering was totally in my control without physical limitations from the wheel itself. I'm still not exactly sold on the Trueforce technology yet (in terms of accuracy), but its takes the driving experience to a whole new level. I primarily use this for Gran Turismo Sport on my PS4. The wheel was so responsive to speed and the car I was driving. It was quite accurate when bumping corners or other cars. The pedals are also super responsive and allow for fine control of speed. I stumbled over the three pedal design but that will improve with practice. All in all, I'm extremely impressed with the fun and immersion this wheel provides.
In general, I don't think anyone can be disappointed in this wheel. It's reactive, well built, and just a ton of fun. I will miss the option of a gear shifter in exchange for just paddles, but aside from that, buy one now.

Overall, this is a solid unit for basic computer setups, appropriate transfer of power to home networks, or reliable backup power to a home theater system.
I used it to provide backup power to my gaming PC and alternatively to my home theater projector and AV receiver.
Design: This is a compact unit that actually looks sleek and does not have the bulky, cheap plastic look as many other commercial backup units due. There are 5 backup ports and an additional 2 ports that offer surgery protection only. The single USB port only puts out 1.5A. Quite disappointing as this is really only enough for a smartphone, but it can be used to power a peripheral if needed. The spacing between each outlet is moderate and can easily get filled up by large transformer plugs. APC probably could have incorporated a better design to deal with this problem. Depending on your situation, it shouldn’t be too hard to utilize all 7 outlets.
Features: The audible alarm is the best feature and is easily heard. When I am watching a movie I am able to quickly shut off most of the power demand from the backup unit and allow my projector to enter the appropriate powering off mode. The ability to quickly swap batteries in order to extend the battery backup life or change dead batteries is additionally helpful. I did not utilize that feature yet but I understand how useful that could be.
Backup capability: When connected to my gaming PC set up, the unit was able to provide 5 minutes of power to my PC and monitor. When connected to my home theater projector and AV receiver, it lasted 3 minutes if I was able to quickly shut off the AV receiver which drew the most power, and then subsequently power down the projector. I would not recommend this for a home theater set up unless you’re using it for isolated backup power to a home theater projector which requires an appropriate shutdown period.
All in all, this is a very good unit that will work for most standard PC set ups. I prefer to use it as the isolated backup for my home theater projector. I will also consider buying an additional unit to provide backup however to my home network components. I would definitely recommend this model if it meets the specs you require.

Immersive Atmos with great wireless surrounds
on June 26, 2020
Posted by: TrueReviews20
This has to be one of the best soundbars on the market right now. My old soundbar was a high-end LG which was impressive with built in surround sound “simulation”. This soundbar really takes it to the next level with its fully wireless and removable surrounds. As someone who also has a high end home theater, I would not really consider this 9.1 but closer to 5.1.2. There are many gimmicks out there in producing Atmos with up-firing speakers, but I am quite impressed with the abilities of this JBL to immerse the listener in Atmos-like surround sound. The major caveat, you will be seeing diminishing effects the larger the room becomes in volume and not sheer sq. footage (meaning higher ceilings = lower surround effect). The major misstep for JBL was in regard to inputs. For a high-end soundbar at this price point, a minimum of 2 HDMI inputs is a must. Please remember, optical ports do not support fully Dolby Atmos.
Setup/unboxing: Heavy box, which is great. You can tell JBL built this with quality in mind. The subwoofer is one of the larger and heavier I have come across. It’s also taller than wider, which I would have preferred since that produces better bass. Since I was not installing anything on the walls, I was up and running in 10 minutes. It takes maybe 15 minutes more to have a full WiFi setup. JBL includes hardware to install the soundbar on the wall, as well as the surrounds. You also have the option to place the surrounds on speaker mounts. Includes 1 very short HDMI cable.
Design: The subwoofer is sleek and can blend in well but its taller so it can’t be placed under all side tables. The cord is shorter than I’d like. The soundbar is fairly sleek but it’s not as high-end looking as one would hope. It’s definitely one of the better looking ones out there. The surrounds blend in well.
Sound: Phenomenal for a sound bar. In the right room, the loudness would rival medium sized amp driven systems. As I mentioned earlier, the larger to room gets, especially vertically, you start to see quickly diminishing surround immersion but the loudness/ability to fill the room does well. JBL does a fairly well job with the EQ out of the box. As someone who enjoys a lot of bass, I felt it was overpowered and not well balanced into the mids and highs. The bass overall is powerful and loud, but I just couldn’t get it to mesh perfectly with the rest of the sound. A small ding overall, but worth noting. The soundbar shines in movies, of course. Music was enjoyable but the bass quickly washes out the highs and the highs themselves degrade clarity and crispness at higher volumes. If you’re using this soundbar primarily for music, you may want to compare some other models. Overall, I would say this is a great movie heavy or mixed use soundbar. Specifically, for Atmos and Surround sound I was truly blown away. Watching movies such as the Avengers truly brought me into the scenes and immersion was impressive.
Features: Using an AppleTV 4K, the Dolby and overall sound integration was flawless. No special considerations when using a Blu-Ray either. Airplay worked well for music, but I primarily use Bluetooth or the AppleTV.
Wireless surrounds: These speakers are quite impressive given their size. I was able to watch ~3 hours of TV, and ~4 four hours of movies without needing to charge them. They have a magnetic + contact style of attachment to the soundbar and charging. It’s a good and bad design since you have to remember to always remove them before moving them or they could fall off. However, it’s also sleek and convenient.
All in all, I highly recommend this soundbar if you’re looking in or close to this price range but do not want to invest in a dedicated home theater set up. It’s not going to be perfect for every room or situation but will be leaps and bounds over most soundbars out there today. I consider this a 4.5/5 star soundbars but will round down to 4 due to the minor issues mentioned earlier.

Another winner from a solid brand
on June 9, 2020
Posted by: TrueReviews20
Lorex is one of the best brands in consumer security cameras. Their cameras and DVR/NVR systems are consistently reliable with a solid app to back them up. This system does not disappoint and will satisfy anyone, with the added ability to add 4 additional channels of your choice (more on that later).
Quick note on wired vs wireless: Wired is always better than wireless, there is no exception to this. If you absolutely cannot do the install yourself or hire someone to do it, that is the only reason to go with wireless. Wired systems (like this one) provide reliability, highest quality video, ease of upgrading/"futureproofing", and the most affordable long term investment. There is no benefit to buying a wireless set to stay in the same ecosystem of smart devices.
Install: There are 100 foot Ethernet cables included. Although I am fairly surprised they included decent quality in wall rated cables, I prefer to buy my go-to brand of Cat 6 Ethernet cables which ensure long term compatibility with any system and reliability. If this is your first time doing this kind of install/running wires, make sure you understand all safety precautions to consider. The mount of cameras themselves are good quality and should hold up for a long time BUT it is really best to give them some protection and cover under awnings/joists/rafters/etc. Always consider local weather factors such as extreme heat, excessive wind, hurricanes, etc. Double protect the Ethernet connection to the camera with high quality electrical tape or similar.
Setup: Very easy and quick once you have everything connected and powered up. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get the system going and app running. I've never had any issues with the Lorex app in the past and with the new system it seems to be the same.
App/Software: As mentioned above, I've never experienced any issues with the App. It's not the best app since it is very limited to what you can do. Mostly, you'll need to plug a monitor/TV into the NVR and use the mouse to navigate the more detailed settings and interface built in. Not exactly convenient, especially since this can severely impact how you run your wires. However, you can always pick up a super cheap monitor or inexpensive 50+ food HDMI cable to solve this problem (wireless mouse required). So I do think this is the weakest point of the system but it's important to remember you generally don't need to access the settings regularly.
Recording/Playback: A 2TB NVR should keep at least 7 days of footage before looping back. You can plug in external storage to increase capacity or export a clip for evidence or what not. Unfortunately, the best playback is done on the NVR itself compared to the app. If you foresee having to review recorded footage often, you may want to take this into account.
Video quality: Excellent for a good home system. Unfortunately, the higher you mount these cameras, the more diminishing returns you'll have on picking up details. If you're trying to ID a license plate from >70feet away, it's probably going to be difficult but not impossible without good lighting. Many factors effect the quality of details but you will have a very good picture of what you're recording. For night time, it's nothing special. The night vision system is pretty much run of the mill and without really good lighting you're not going to pick up details at night. Even with good lighting you're not going to pick up license plates even at 30 feet most likely.
Two way talk: Works well and a great feature built in. At least this can supplement the night time video quality and help scare away potential criminals.
Overall: I recommend this system. It has all the bells and whistles of a 4K NVR system and performs as expected. If you're going to rely heavily on the app, you may need to look elsewhere. This system, just like most other systems, rely heavily on accessing the NVR directly for full playback capabilities and settings adjustment.

Budget price with high-end experience
on May 7, 2020
Posted by: TrueReviews20
Overview: After owning an older Hisense TV, I had some baseline expectations for their new flagship series. Generally, I only purchase high tier models from legacy brands such as Samsung, Panasonic, and Sony but I am quite impressed with the level of quality this budget brand is able to produce. If you’re looking for a large TV with good quality picture and specs, but on a budget, I would highly recommend considering this model. Although I can’t give this TV four stars, I do believe that this is a solid buy at this price point. Very few people would be disappointed unless you’re looking for the best picture quality and screen technology.
Unboxing/set up: This is a massive TV weighing over 60 pounds and requires freight delivery. I highly recommend having a second person to help you unbox and set up the TV to avoid any damage. I believe one of the key features of this TV is the Android OS. You don’t need to be familiar with android in order to have a quality experience with this operating system on the TV. However, for those with an android phone and other devices, you will truly enjoy the integration into your ecosystem. This TV comes with four HDMI ports. I prefer to connect via ethernet. Overall, set up took under 30 minutes from unboxing to watching Netflix.
Design: this is a high-end looking TV. It has a thin bezel and modern architectural stand. This allows you to fully immerse yourself into whatever you are viewing and almost give it an infinity edge type look. This TV would have no issue blending into a simple or luxury setup. I think that’s a part of where Hisense tends to excel the most.
Remote: simple and effective. Although, it does feel like a cheap/flimsy remote. It doesn’t have any contours or luxurious look and feel to it, as do the other competitors. The remote itself does not have voice capability, but the TV does have built-in Alexa and Google assistant support. There is no backlighting which is something I would like to see on a traditional style remote. There is no support for multi device use either.
Android OS/Smart functionality: As I briefly mentioned before, the integration with the Android ecosystem is quite flawless. I think earlier on in Hisense’s days, their user interface was significantly worse than what it is now. The incorporation of Android OS allows you to have everything synced up through one account (for existing Android users). You also get to use the Google play store, which enable access to so many apps that are generally better designed than those designed specifically for a specific TV OS. At first, I thought that the utilization of Alexa and Google assistant would just be another gimmick to slap on for marketing. However, as I learned how to use it appropriately, I now enjoy using Google assistant on a regular basis whether it’s to search for a movie, or to control the TV. These features make this a better TV and an overall more enjoyable experience.
Picture quality: Compared to the highest end TVs I have personally seen (in the $2500-$3000 range), I would say this TV makes it at least 80% of the way there and would almost be negligible to the average viewer. I never noticed any significant issues with motion blur in fast paced action scenes, nor in some replayed live sports. However, for sports I didn’t feel that it was as crisp and clean as a higher-end TV would be, but it didn’t detract from an enjoyable viewing experience. I have placed this TV in a very bright room and this it shined the entire time. There were no issues with a dim viewing experience. I generally test out new TVs for dark scenes using the first two movies of Christian Bale’s Batman. Although I truly did enjoy watching those movies on this TV, you can see where the budget side of this screen comes out more. In very dark scenes (such as those in The Dark Knight), blacks would get washed out and wouldn’t have the appropriate level of contrast that I would hope to see in a higher-end TV. Many times, you would see that typical greying instead of blackness that you hope to achieve. Overall, this is a very difficult area to judge a TV on since it is a common issue for many TVs, and the degree of how much that matters is variable from person to person. I don’t heavily ding a budget TV on this, but it’s something important to consider. Inclusion of HDR also make this a quality set. Unfortunately, content fully supporting HDR is limited and I cannot truthfully say this TV is better or worse than others in terms of HDR. All in all, I do think you are getting a quality picture at a very good price point that would compete with TVs more expensive than this one.
Gaming: Full disclosure I would never recommend real gaming on a TV this size. Although the graphics maybe much more appreciable as well as more enjoyable for an audience, I do not think this is a gaming TV. I was able to play Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, Need for Speed, and Red Dead Redemption enjoyably. Of those games, COD is really the only one which input lag is a concern. I didn’t think that for the average gamer it would be of an issue, but this TV is not for any hard-core gamer.
Sound: This day in age you should definitely have, at minimum, a decent sound bar to supplement your TV. The sound is average when it comes to the built-in speakers. It gets loud enough so that you can hear it clearly in a loud room. Aside from that, as someone who has a home theater, I can’t say that this has any level of enjoyable sound output that would be good for a movie or otherwise. It does have Dolby Atmos to improve the sound experience from the built-in speakers, but I just don’t think it is a remarkable feature or experience.
Conclusion: If you’re looking for a very large TV, on a budget, and with good picture quality, you’ve found it. This isn’t really a five-star TV, but at four stars, I would still highly recommend it. The picture quality is solid, and the features are complete. It has a good user-interface and smart features that are actually useful. If you want to save a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, or if you just don’t have the budget but still want a large TV, you’ll be pretty happy with this purchase in the long-term.

Direct competion with V11, steep price
on January 12, 2020
Posted by: TrueReviews20
Product comparison: LG isn’t generally the first brand that comes to mind when considering a vacuum. The CordZero vacuum is not your average consumer product but it fills a growing niche. This model comes in direct competition with Dyson’s top-of-the-line V11 cordless vacuum. Having owned the Dyson V11 for quite some time, LG has really created an excellent product. For comparison I’ll speak to my experience with the V11. I considered the Dyson the 11 a five star model but after within six months of use so brush head on the V11 failed. Due to Dyson’s excellent customer service I was able to receive a replacement with little hassle. Upon further inspection I realized the Dyson V11 was made of really cheap quality plastic which is very disappointing compared to their typical level of quality. Therefore, I would probably recommend the LG CordZero over the Dyson at this time.
LG CordZero review:
The vacuum comes in a nice high-quality box packaged very well. However, the instructions are non-existent so it took me way longer than it should have to figure out what each component represented and how they were supposed to be used. For example, included are two main brush heads. One is meant to be used on hard surfaces and another for carpet surfaces. Is not indicated on either brush head or clearly in the manual which is which. Further, it was difficult to ensure I was assembling the device correctly. As if that wasn’t enough, the directions on putting together and placing the vacuum on the charging stand are also quite vague. I am extremely tech savvy and it was abhorrent how difficult it was to figure out such a simple yet critical part of this operation.
You will need to charge the vacuum prior to initial use. It includes two removable batteries. With the included charging unit, you can either use it as a floor stand or wall-mounted. Currently, I have it set up as a floor stand. It works well and takes a small amount of space. The charging stand is designed to allow you to charge both batteries simultaneously. It took approximately 2 hours to charge a completely dead battery. Performance is highly dependent on how dirty your floors are and how much the brush head has to work. I had no difficulty vacuuming 900 Square ft of dirty hard floors on one battery, including many rugs. This vacuum uses three buttons for vacuum control compared to Dyson’s pull trigger style.
I find it really inconvenient to switch between brush hands for carpet versus hard floors. Compared to the Dyson was performs very well on one brush head this is a big miss by LG. Fortunately the brush has performed very well and the vacuum is quite powerful. It is important to note that these vacuums are really meant for intermediary use and not as your primary vacuum. Even after vacuuming with my primary standard vacuum the CordZero was pulling in deep seated dirt and dog hair. I’m actually very impressed with the vacuuming quality of this model. I highly recommend this model to pet owners. Owning a long-haired, heavy shedding dog, the CordZero picks up every last hair –including those embedded deep within carpet.
The vacuum includes two washable filters that are easily removed from the motor unit. The dustbin utilizes an easy empty canister style, but I found it to be difficult to empty when filled completely. Almost every time it was filled, I had to use a pencil to help empty out the bin completely. It includes standard attachments that are easy to store on the charging stand. You can use the vacuum in a compact handheld style or the extendable floor wand.
Overall, this is a very good cordless vacuum. If you’re in the market for high end cordless vacuums I don’t think you be disappointed with this model. However, I do think that the Dyson V11 offers stiff competition at a lower price point, even with the failed brush head. The major things to consider would be if you’re willing to switch between the brush heads and prefer pushing a button versus having to hold down a trigger. This unit also employs removable batteries that can be charged simultaneously. All that being considered LG has done well.

The most complete headset at this price point

The Sennheiser Momentum line of headphones are a class of their own. Unfortunately, they’re commonly overlooked by big name brands like Bose, Sony and Beats. Now in the third generation, Sennheiser continues to refine and innovate one of their best lines of headphones. Sennheiser has long been known to be a pioneer in sound Technology and they deliver once again. This new update delivers the ultimate balance of sound, function, and modern technology. Aside from a few minor negatives there is almost no reason to choose another headset in this price range. I confidently rate them as a five-star wireless, noise canceling, over the ear pair of headphones.
Comfort and Style: I travel quite often, and long plane rides require headphones that are comfortable, fit well, and keep your ears cool. I was amazed how comfortable and cool my ears would stay after long periods with the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0. This new model is even more comfortable, but it is hard to say if they keep my ears in cooler, however I think they do. Excellent fit on my average-size head. The cups fit very well and have good cushioning. I personally think that headband rests very well on my head. When I fall asleep wearing them, it doesn’t even feel like they’re on my head. They look good, but they could’ve been a little bit classier looking. I think a few minor changes made him look a little less classy then the 2.0.
Sound: The sound is remarkable. Highs were always smooth and without any hint of distortion at the highest levels. The bass incorporated punch and depth and blended well with the vocals and instrumentals. I think most people enjoy good bass and this set by far some of the best I’ve experienced. Vocals what crisp and clear allowing appreciate the Intricacies of some very talented artists. Sennheiser has really done a fantastic job balancing all the different aspects of high quality sound. One of the biggest improvements in this model was the level of volume they can achieve. I felt that the lost model definitely lacked the ability achieve higher volume. However, Sennheiser has really improved this time around. Often, I use my headphones for TV and movies. This is commonly one of Sennheiser’s greatest strengths. These headphones allow you to really enjoy music and movies without really sacrificing sound. Action movies really became an immersive and with proper sound processing they really livened the experience.
Functionality: the noise canceling is Sennheiser’s biggest improvement on this model. Noise canceling last model was good but there was much room for improvement. Now you have the option of changing levels of noise canceling. There are three level options which I think its more than enough. This feature has been available on many competitors models for a while and I’m glad Sennheiser has caught up. You can also choose the “transparent hearing” feature to be more aware of your surroundings. I didn’t really find this feature all that great and not sure if he hasn’t a utility for me personally. Although significantly improved, and good enough noise canceling for almost everybody, it’s still hard to say Sennheiser has beat Bose in the area. This really comes down to user preference and what you’re looking for in terms of noise canceling. The auto on/off/smart pause feature works very well I tried very hard to make it fail and I was unsuccessful. It’s really nice do not have to worry about that. This is especially due to the new button layout which makes it more difficult to tactically feel which button you were pressing without looking. Although there were a lot of complaints about the momentum 2.0 button style come on I did not mind at all. Calling functionality is excellent. I have had no issues with hearing the other side and no one has complained about any difficulty hearing me or clarity issues.
App: the app works well and doesn’t require a bunch of personal information to use. It allows you to change noise canceling levels and fine-tuned equalizer. It also has “Smart tile” feature which allows you to help locate your headphones.
I highly recommend this headset to anyone in the market in this price range. There is zero chance you’ll be disappointed unless the noise canceling is not exactly what you’re looking for. However, I think that would be a rare situation. This is the most complete headset out there at this price point. Sennheiser includes a good case, 3.5mm cable, and usb-c cable with adapter. You can’t go wrong.

Nice all-in-one, separate may still be better

I have been using a traditional pressure cooker (whistle style) for many years. With the recent craze in instant pots I finally decided to try this out since it includes the other craze, the air-fryer. This device includes many other features, some of which I have not tried. Overall, it's a nice device that comes feature packed in a nice looking set-up. It is definitely large, but you are replacing at least 3-4 other appliances and being 8 quarts its not massive. Easy to use right out of the box with a few extras included.
Pressure cooking: I was skeptical about the jump from classic to modern, even with many long-time pressure cooker users making the jump. In general, this pot performed well. The end results were 70-80% similar to the original recipes. The biggest issue came down to tenderness and consistency. These areas have some major room for improvement but this is more likely user specific. I still prefer my traditional pressure cooker but for first time users, this is a solid choice.
Air-frying: Does as good of a job as I would expect. In the end, you have to change your expectations from traditional frying. In the name of health you get crispy-enough results. Any loss of flavor really stems from the lack of an oil bath. However, once you get used to it, I find it very pleasurable. Now I can enjoy some fried foods more often without the guilt.
Slow-cooking. Very happy. I am really glad to combine so many devices in to one. Slow cooking is one of my favorite ways to meal prep. This device does a fantastic job and don't have much to say. As good as a stand alone.
Steam, bake/roast, broil, sear/saute: Steams vegetables well but does take a little extra time than my old steamer. Broil is a nice feature but it doesn't compare to an oven. Baking was faster but less even than a regular oven. Sear and saute is great to do one pot cooking.
Yogurt/dehydrate: haven't tried yet.
I really enjoy the dishwasher safe parts which may it easy to clean and less stressful during meal prep.
Overall, think this is a solid device for most users, good quality, and looks good. I'm not convinced myself yet but I am happy with it.

Step into virtual reality with this Oculus Rift S PC-powered headset. The advanced optics produce a sharp display with bright, vivid colors, and Oculus Insight tracking removes the need for external sensors to convert movements into virtual reality. This Oculus Rift S PC-powered headset has a fit wheel that secures the headset with a quick twist.

Does Google Earth or Wander work well with this? Can you move around in street view better than the previous version?

Google Earth works great. Very fine controls and immersive. Image quality is mediocre but best you can get these days. Streetview is relatively easy to control but definitely lags

Always know what’s happening at your door with the SimpliSafe Video Doorbell Pro. Its crystal-clear 1080p HD video and 162° field of view give you a clear shot of your property 24/7. Two-way audio lets you hear and speak to unwanted guests (and welcomed ones too) - even when you're not home. Have the SimpliSafe App? The Video Doorbell Pro will send instant alerts whenever someone approaches. And with Smart Person Detection, it can tell the difference between people, vehicles and animals. That means you only get the alerts that matter. Plus, when backed by 24/7 professional monitoring, you’ll have experts who are ready to request emergency dispatch when you need it most. This camera is designed for all weather extremes—so you're still protected in rain and snow. (Compatible with the SimpliSafe Gen 3 security system. Requires Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) and existing wired doorbell setup with mechanical chime and a transformer with 8-24 VAC, 30VA max. Not compatible with digital chimes.)

So if I have a receptacle right under to power the doorbell but do not have a existing chime or transformer would the doorbell work?

If you have a receptacle you would be able to wire in a new transformer. You don't necessarily need to have a chime. However, without a transformer wired up to where you're mounting the doorbell camera, you will not be able to use this. There is no included power supply. You need to buy a transformer that can wire into that Power or plug into it. Then run a wire up to the camera. However you'd be defeating the purpose of this camera because it could easily be unplugged rendering it completely useless.

Stream your favorite shows on this 60-inch Hisense television. Its 3840 x 2160 resolution and 8 ms response time bring scenes to life, and 4K upscaling transforms lower quality video into HD resolution. This Hisense television is equipped with HDMI inputs to connect to a gaming console or Blu-ray player.

Owned 1 month and tv is very sluggish when flipping thru channels, & now it will freeze up on a channel, and I physically have to unplug the tv power cord to get it to shut off. Also volume will randomly go from 0-50 without touching a button. ????

It is very likely the remote itself, unless it's the IR receiver. Change your remote batteries and clean it. Make sure no buttons are sticking. I'd also contact Hisense warranty support even if you're outside the warranty period. Hope this helps.

Listen to music for up to 10 hours with this black JBL portable speaker. It has a built-in Google Assistant that responds to voice commands, and it delivers rich stereo sound while you stream music via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. This water-resistant JBL portable speaker is made of durable materials, so you can use it outdoors safely.

My speaker does not talk back to me...why?

It has to connect to the app and WiFi. Make sure the WiFi light at the bottom is on and the speaker has connect to your phone. If the 4 lights at the top are flashing, it means it has not connected. Sometimes you have to turn it off, launch the app, then turn back on and give it a few minutes.
