Anthrax Back at Their Best!

Anthrax have returned with a vengeance on 'For All Kings'. Worship Music was a fantastic return to form for a band who helped form the 'thrash' genre back in the 80's. Returning for a second consecutive album with Joey Belladonna back on vocals, they have stepped up their game again.
They truly sound as good as they ever have done, feeling very classic and back to their roots, but also sounding very current at the same time. A really great album that pretty much rocks from beginning to end.
And if you can, catch them live... I was lucky to see them the week before 'For All Kings' was released, so had a preview of what was to come. Great show! Enjoy. Anthrax are back!

Megadeth back at their best!

I have been a Megadeth fan since So Far... Was released. They have lost their way and come back several times in their career, but Dystopia is a definite 'come back' moment.
The album doesn't have any bad tracks on it. You can definitely feel the influence, of arguably their biggest album 'Rust In Piece', on Dystopia, but along with the familiarity, is a fresh new feel to the album as well.
I paid the $2 extra to get the limited edition with the VR Goggles and it was $2 well spent! The extra videos that come with the app are worth it alone. With the goggles, I had to hunt to find the assembly instructions within the app, but once set up, looks great! Nice package all round.
A great Megadeth album, and relevant to the times, with just a nod back to 1990! Enjoy!

Hard to put the controller down!

This is my first Star Wars game, and I am not disappointed at all!
The graphics are just incredible. To the point that with headphones on, you are totally immersed in that world while you play. Snow swirls around your feet as you walk on Hoth. And the sheer scale of Jakku makes you feel so insignificant.
Multiplayer mode is incredible too, with 40 players in a game at once. Makes for some real fast game play! The depth of the game, from the characters to the details in the graphics are worth it alone.
And then there is the additional free content, as the game continues to advance. Sure there is a Season Pass to give you complete content, however EA is dropping freebies to us as they continue to develop it.
Very impressed with the game overall!

With ports for two PS4 controllers, never miss out on the action of your favorite video game again!
I was looking for a genuine Sony PS4 product to charge my controllers. This was the closest you can buy (at this time), a fully licensed Sony PS4 charger cradle.
Plug it into the wall, and then rest and 'click' your controllers in place. Great for storage, and good to know your controllers are charging at the same time, so when you need it, they are fully charged and ready to go.
Positive clicking action lets you know that it is in place and charging. The controllers light up orange while charging and then the light goes out when fully charged.
Nice looking, and unobtrusive at a good price point.

This 'game' is really nice to look at. It is however in my opinion, not so much a game, as it is a story that you can control. There is little in the way of action, but a lot of interaction with the title. The butterfly effect is a really nice feature and I can see it increasing the replay value of the game, knowing that there are hundreds of different scenarios that can play out.
There are definitely some good 'make you jump' moments to it, when you have the lights down low, the surround sound rear biased and staring intently at the screen. That's always good for a jump and a laugh!
In summary, visually it looks great. Is it a game? I don't necessarily see it that way, more of using the controller to advance the story and making choices along the way. Not to say that that is a bad thing, but it's good knowing that going into the title, rather than expecting to be batting your way through the woods killing everything in sight!

Being based on the movie, there are a lot of familiar cut scenes which keep my 4 year old entertained. He has mastered basic controls, so can run around and just 'boom' things! The game follows in the footsteps of other great LEGO game, such as Batman and Marvel Super Heroes.
Entertaining for adults, and a great release for a child to just run around and have fun. Little in the way of frustration for them!

Ghost, I am sure to many, are an acquired taste. And thankfully it's a taste I like! If I were to narrow down who to compare them to, my comparisons would be to liken them to Black Sabbath, crossed with The Beach Boys or ABBA! Sounds like an odd combination for sure, but IT WORKS! I have only recently purchased their previous two albums and ep based upon hearing the new track "Cirice" on the radio. The previous albums instantly clicked with me.
With "Meliora", the album didn't click with me right away. I had to listen to it over and over again, and now, it has totally clicked with me. It's a great addition to their catalog. "Spirit" and "Absolution" are personal favorites on this album, but nothing compares to "Year Zero" from "Infestissumam" to my ears!

More Great Music from Disturbed!

If you are reading this, you are more than likely a Disturbed fan. And if that is the case, then you can expect more of the same from Disturbed. This album doesn't break any new ground, it isn't experimental, but there are definitely some great moments on this album. "The Light" is a stand alone track which showcases David's range, and "You're Mine" has a definite 'dance' vibe to it and then builds into a storming rock song with plenty of aggression and real catchy chorus.
In summary, another great album from Disturbed, if you've liked previous albums of theirs, this one will not disappoint!

Playstation TV - Good but not great

The premise is great, mirror your Playstation 4 system and play remotely.
And it does do just that. Sometimes. I have a frustration that it drops connection so frequently. And then sometimes the signal is so weak that the game is incredibly pixelated. I have FioS Quantum 50/50 at home, so I am not running slow internet speeds. The TV I am using it on has a great wifi signal, but then I assume the TV also has a much bigger antenna than the PSTV has. I don't have an option to hardwire the PSTV into my router, and I am only about 25ft away from the router, but with a bathroom and closet in-between the router and the PSTV, so I can only assume that the PSTV just can't pick up the signal very well. I'll try it out on another TV.

Grand Budapest Hotel is a movie with a nice feel to it. Sometimes that is all that it takes to capture you, but Ralph Fiennes steals the show with his performance as well.
Been a fan of his work from way back, around the Strange Days era! GBH is a fun, quirky and beautifully shot, loved this movie!

No, this machine does not do cold drinks. It has 5 pre-set coffee settings, and a hot water setting. It brews single cups at a time, so won't brew a whole pot at one time.

Yes you can. Using the app, you are able to control them from anywhere in the world. And I have done!
