I opted for the 500 bass module to pair with the Bose 500 soundbar rather than the 700 due to the size of my TV/stand and living room area. I hoped that the 500 would provide enough sound for my living space and it definitely delivers! Setup was a breeze, it automatically paired once I had the soundbar set up. Using the app I adjusted the bass volume and it fills my room perfectly. Its on the smallish side, which I love, and it sure puts out the bass! Great product.

I opted for the Bose 500 soundbar rather than the 700 due to the size of my TV/stand and living room area. I hoped that the 500 would provide enough sound for my living space and it definitely delivered! I added the 500 base module as well and the sound is outstanding.
Setup was simple and flawless. Download the Bose Music app and it walks you through setting up the system and tuning it to your space using the Adaptiq headset. The app worked perfectly and guided me through adding Spotify and Sirius as well. Once setup was complete, I tested the music services and the sound was superb. I then tested sound from the TV and for some reason I could not get the HDMI Arc output to work, so I switched to an optical cable and in worked perfectly (must be my TV output I guess). Again, the sound was excellent. I found it a little lacking in bass so figured out how to adjust that using the app and now it is perfect.
The size of the soundbar is smallish (about 31 inches) which fits my TV/stand area just right, but I was not sure it would be able to put out enough volume to fill the room. So I cranked up the volume and, WOW does this thing get loud! It puts out far more volume than I need.
I have numerous Bose products and every one of them delivers fantastic sound quality and excellent usability, this soundbar is no exception. Overall, a great soundbar, even better with the base module, and I will be adding the satellite speakers very soon. Thanks Bose!

Stunning stabilization & footage, a little buggy..

Upon receiving the new GoPro Hero 7 Black I unboxed it and went through some start up procedures. Since I didn't have a lot of time I turned it off and went back to work. The following day I had a bit more time on my hands so I turned the camera on and to my surprise the language on the camera was all in Korean (I'm pretty sure that's what it was). I could not figure out how to reset it so I searched the net for instructions to reset the language, or just reset all camera settings. I could not locate the User Manual online (I read it will be released on Sept 27, several days after writing this review), so I followed instructions I found for a Hero 6. I was really shooting in the dark trying to go through the menus in Korean and locating "Preferences" to change the language, but miraculously I was able to reset the camera and choose "English". Whew! Next I downloaded the GoPro App on my phone and connected to the camera. This procedure was also a bit clunky but after several tries I finally go it to connect to my phone.
Once I had a chance to shoot some videos and photos I was extremely impressed. I shot video mostly in the default 1440/60 FPS setting and it looks amazing. Photos also came out great, see the attached picture which I shot from a car-mounted holder. Speaking of that, I shot a video mounted to my vehicle while driving down a very bumpy road with lots of washboard ruts. In the video you can see the side of my vehicle bouncing up and down over the washboards, but the footage is incredibly stable which is a testament to the new HyperSmooth in-camera stabilization. GoPro says it is "Gimbal-like stabilization–without the gimbal" and I agree 100%. It is stunning.
Compared to previous action cams I have owned over the years the audio of the Hero 7 Black is also much improved, and the fact that it is waterproof down to 33ft straight out of the box is a huge bonus. I've only had the camera for a few days so have not been able to test all of the various functions, shooting modes, etc. This camera is loaded with features and will take some time to learn everything, but so far it has been a blast to play with and I look forward to using this camera for many years to come.
One last note, after I downloaded my footage to my PC I disconnected the supplied USB cable from my computer but the GoPro screen was still reading "USB Connected", then the camera shut down. The next time I picked up the GoPro and tried turning it on it would not respond. I removed the battery then replaced it and the camera then responded/turned on normally.
In conclusion, the GoPro Hero 7 Black shoots incredible footage and the in-camera stabilization is jaw-dropping. I experienced a couple of bugs here and there, but overall it is a very impressive action camera.

I got these headphones based on some of the reviews I read hoping they would be an upgrade over the excellent Bose QC35's that I already own. I also have the Sony 1000X behind-the-neck headphones and love the sound they deliver with excellent highs/mids and a punchier base than the QC35's, however, the noise-cancelling feature is not as good. So I was hoping that the Sony 1000MX3's might have both: excellent sound/punchy base and better noise cancelling. The answer was a resounding YES! The 1000MX3 has both amazing sound and incredible noise-cancelling technology.
I downloaded the Sony Headphones Connect app which has numerous features, one of which is an equalizer so you can adjust the sound to the sound profile you like best. I prefer the "Excited" mode, great full-range sound with solid bass tones. Once you close down the app it retains whatever sound mode you last chose so you don't have reset it every time you turn on the headphones.
The noise-cancelling is incredible, better than Bose in my opinion. It has a "smart listening" feature which automatically balances the noise-cancelling levels to your activity level and it works amazingly.
The battery life is also outstanding, Sony states it will last up to 30 hours and I can confirm that. If the battery runs low you can charge it for only 10 minutes and get 5 hours of playback, pretty impressive.
So to sum up, the Sony WH-1000XM3's deliver premium sound, outstanding noise-cancelling abilities, excellent battery life and they are comfortable to wear over long periods of time. You can't find a better pair of headphones.

Very lightweight and for the price the sound is quite good. They even have a bass setting to increase the bass and it works well. The connection for plugging in and charging is a bit of a challenge, was hard to find at first, but that's a minor annoyance. If you have kids these are a great option. At this price I don't think you can find a better set of headphones.

This new HP laptop is incredible. I'll let other reviewers ramble on about the specs or you can read them yourself, but it is smokin' fast. Beautiful, sleek design, I love the color. The backlit keyboard has a great tactile feel to it, very responsive. The screen is excellent, the speakers are good, too, although I usually use headphones instead. Overall an impressive laptop and a great value for the money.

We tried out the BakerStone gas stove pizza oven yesterday for the first time. Assembly was straightforward and simple, although the screws to attach the pizza turner handle to the spatula part were not included, but finding replacement screws in my garage was easy. We used the pizza oven on our outdoor grill. It took awhile to heat up, but we found that closing the lid on our grill over the pizza oven as far as we could helped speed up the heating process. We also closed the lid when cooking the pizzas to keep the heat as high as possible. The pizzas are limited to about 12 inches in size since that is the width of the pizza oven, but that was fine. We ended up making 6 pizzas with various ingredients and each of them were fully cooked within about 5 minutes. The crust was perfectly cooked every time, crispy on the bottom and sides. The oven gets very hot so its important to keep an eye on the pizzas and turn them 180 degrees when they are about halfway cooked. The included pizza turner was perfect for that purpose, and the included peel was great for getting the pizzas in and out of the oven. Overall, great product and I look forward to making many pizzas outdoors, especially during football season :)

My wife and I drink a lot of coffee. We've been looking for a new brewer that can brew one cup or 12 cups and do it quickly. The Breville Precision Brewer definitely fit the bill for us. It has multiple brewing modes ranging from 'Fast' to 'Cold Brew' or you can customize the settings to your liking, but we prefer using the Gold setting with the cone filters (regular/flat filters are included in the box, so need to buy the cone filters separately). The thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for hours and has a wide opening so its much easier to clean than our previous coffee maker's carafe. Plus it looks great on our kitchen counter. Overall it makes a great cup of coffee and does it quickly. Highly recommended!

Great sound bar, perfect for our bedroom

We got this for our wall mounted TV in our bedroom to enjoy a little better sound than our TV speakers deliver. This product certainly did that. The sound is well-balanced with quality throughout the sound range. Installation was a breeze (as it should be with a sound bar) and works perfectly with our TV which is not LG. At first I thought it did not get very loud with the volume turned all the way up, but after playing around with the "Sound Effect" button on the remote and choosing different modes for different types of programming, ie, music, movies,etc., I found that it will put out a lot of volume, certainly more than I need in my bedroom. Overall I really love this product, it is exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!

I got these for my teenage son to replace his Skull Candy on-ear headphones. Here's a review from him: "FIt is good, they don't move around or fall off. The sound is very clear and the bass is great, definitely better than my old headphones". Price is good, water resistant, and 18 hours of play time. Obviously not up to par with my Bose QC35's, but for the price and quality they are nice headphones!

Its the diameter of the stove. The height is 16 and 3/4's when installed on the base.

Has anyone used these for running? I'm worried they won't stay in my ears...
I just finished a 7 mile run with these headphones, the outside temperature was 31 degrees, so I was wearing a knit cap. When running with the cap on the headphones stayed in place very well and required no adjusting or pushing them back into my ears. I also did a test without wearing the knit cap where I found the headphones did start to work themselves out of my ears after a few minutes. I’m 6’2” 205 pounds and not the smoothest runner so this probably had something to do with that, plus the fact that these headphones have a little more size and weight to them than others I’ve had in the past, no doubt due to the construction which helps them deliver that excellent bass sound.

Can I shower while using these?
They are water resistant, not waterproof, I would not shower with these.
