My Headset For When I Am In The Zone

The H3 headset has been pretty phenomenal and recently came in handy while on a work trip for a week. I love my bluetooth headset but this Inzone headset truly has a different approach to sound and is crisp in a way that my other headset is not.
For instance, I was in a first person view shooting game and at first I thought my dog was crunching on a chip or something but what I was hearing was footsteps nearby in the game. I had to remove the ear piece from my ear to figure out what the sound was. That had me sold in an instant.
I can't control the activities around me while traveling and so being able to connect to my laptop with premium audio is a requirement. These headphones meet that requirement and more.
If you're wondering about comfort I love the leatherette type ear cushions. Anything with cotton makes my head hurt and honestly makes me really hot. These I wore recently for about 5 hours straight and I didn't have a headache and I did not feel like I had to take a break from my team.
So when you plug in the device with the auxiliary cable your sound isn't as dynamic as it is when you use the connector with the USB. The USB connector wire that comes with the headset is what gives you that enhanced audio. You also gain the benefit of a longer cord so that you can sit comfortably on your sofa and not have to sit so close to the PS5.
At first I figured that the enhanced audio might only work for the gaming PC I have but feedback I received from my team online was that the audio was a lot better in my microphone when I switched between USB connections.
The design is true to the images you see online and the actual structure doesn't feel like they went the economical route on the actual body of the headset. My one bit of feedback is that the volume dial could have been a little more enhanced. I feel like it is sensitive and so you have to be careful how much you wind the dial or you can go from the highest volume to mute in a jiffy.
Overall a great headset for someone who loves wired headset gaming who is a beginner or a pro. You gain comfort, you don't compromise with having to charge the device, and you get the benefit of the full on experience of the 360 degree sound.

Light As Air Headset with Great Sound to Pair

I have been a fan of Corsair headsets for a few years now. I was the person who would have said that there is no difference between music headsets and gaming headsets. However, Corsair understands comfort that I need when playing a video game like Fornite or PubG for a few hours.
The faux leather ear cushions are the win for me! I have had the cotton type of ear cushions and believe it or not but it makes me feel like my ears are sweating. I totally am a convert to leather type ear cushions and it's a must for future headsets for me.
The setup was fairly quick and since I have iCue for my other devices it was a seamless setup and easy install for accessing the Dolby features. I was able to play a little Phasmaphobia (ghost hunting game) and I could hear the footsteps, breathing, and creaks in the houses as I explored the different levels. So you can use the USB adapter to access the Dolby features for the games or you can plug in the aux end to the computer. It is really a personal preference. The volume dial on the ear cuff is easy to control and muting yourself happens by lifting the microphone arm up.
The design is true to Corsair staples. I like that it is all black with a matte finish, and the ear pieces have the Corsair logo in this gunmetal color.
The actual headset itself is light so you won't feel it weighing you down while you play, there is a rubber cord management component on the wire so when you store it you can roll it up and secure it.
Overall, a great set of gaming headphones for anyone who is averse to having to charge their headset. I usually don't care of wired headphones but the wire is so thin that you don't even know it is there when you are playing on the PC.
My only bit of feedback was that the microphone was not as crisp as my wireless headset but it was a minor adjustment for my friends on the different games we played.

They Do Not Surpass Other Earbuds in the Market

Adidas is a heritage brand that masters clothes. Unfortunately, these earbuds are not a good segue for them into the electronics realm. I’ve had them for a week and my honest opinion is there are other brands who have e earbuds that are not going to put such a dent in your budget.
The design is pretty cool! Especially the wet looking print on the earbud case. It’s all black and looks like water was splashed on the case. The charging was fast and easy, so was the setup.
As far as sound is concerned the earbuds fail to drown out most of external noise even at full volume. These earbuds were meant for the gym and I can literally hear the conversations next to me and the weights banging on the floor or when they are returned to their wrack. The ear buds have this silicone sleeve on each of the which are first glance gave me the impression that it would help them stay in my ears. It’s the opposite though. The sleeve on the earbuds actually feels like it is making the buds slip out. Lastly, the controls on the earbuds are way too sensitive. Once you place them in your ear try not to touch them or you’ll end up pausing, skipping, or restarting a song.
I wanted these to be stellar but for me they miss the mark. Do your research and if you’re an Adidas fan then for sure get them. I know I would, but if you can get another better sounding pair I would. I hope this is helpful to you on your search for earbuds.

Chirp Your Way to Peace of Mind!

The Cube GPS Tracker was just what I needed this year. I was unfortunately the victim of car theft and my backpack that had my tracker was with me. I was at the gym, and the thieves were so good I didn't even know that my car had been broken into until I examined the passenger door which had been tampered with.
I was able to see the backpack was near the gym and discarded with my tracker.
I was bummed but it is so neat to see how accurate the tracking system is on the maps.
Set up took me like 2 minutes, it's small enough to store in a discrete pocket, or put on your pet's leash. Charging at first took a bit but the battery literally can last 2 weeks. Oh and my favorite part is if I lose my backpack in my house I can make the Cube chirp which was cool. Honestly, I don't want to lose my bag but knowing that I can make it chirp is sort of fun.
This product is one of those items you don't think you'll need it, until you do... sort of like credit. When you want credit you can't get it and when you're offered credit you don't want it. I'm so glad I have this in my life for peace of mind.

Creating a Vault of Memories with Canon

I am so happy to have come across the Canon RS40, and even though the name is bland it is its capabilities that are going to be so helpful this summer as my 70 year old grandma and I organize family photos she's had since the early 60's and 70's.
A little backstory, she has 4 photo albums that she's kept safe from sunlight and the elements in order to preserve our family's pictures. She isn't savvy with technology so I offered to do a little something for her.
Well I did some practice scans and sent them to her and she was in awe, she couldn't understand how sharp and clear the pictures came out.
That was motivation enough to scan all of the family photos and categorize them for her so that I can upload them to a digital photo album she can glance back at on her tablet (I taught her how to listen to music on a personal tablet).
The scanner scans photos really quick, and I love that it does multiple (up to 40 at a time).
I do wish that the software was a little more dynamic in range, it feels clunky compared to mobile phone picture editing software. It's a small concession I'm willing to adjust to because of the magnificent ability to scan my photos so beautifully.
If you're on the fence about it just think about all those memories that you have that you certainly want to preserve. I also have a digital picture frame hung on my wall and I plan on using these photos to showcase them in the large gallery digital frame. I can honestly say this was a very smart product to get because it is going to help our family's pictures live on for a long time!

Who… Who… Needs an Owlet? You!

We have a new baby in the family and the first bit of advice every friend gives is get your sleep now while you can. While, not all babies are restless night owls the Owlet has been a sweet little sock to have!
Mom and dad are already balls of nerves as first time parents and no grandparents witching a 20 mile radius.
The Owlet dream sock comes with the base and sock. Setup was a breeze and the best feature has been the sleep notifications! This doesn’t mean we are leaving the little one alone long but it gives us a lot of confidence knowing the Owlet will notify us of any movement.
We are superbly happy and can’t wait to watch baby grow and learn more about the little guy’s habits!
They should make one for adults! Haha

Phone Cleansing Made Easy!

I have always thought about how often and the high contact it gets from hands to face. However, I am the lazy person who does not clean my phone daily or even weekly. I'm the person who spots a streak on the screen and runs the face of the phone along my pants to remove it. Total transparency, and I am sure you've done it too!
Then I get the Simplehuman Clean Station and I have my SOLUTION! Literally, in 30 seconds like a futuristic toaster for phones I sit it in the top slot between the rubber slots, it detects my phone, descends into the device (which is so quiet I felt like it wasn't working), releases a tone to notify the 30 seconds are done, and it pops up to denote the cleaning is done.
I have this neatly placed at my key drop in my house where I can quickly sanitize my phone and collect my keys/belongings.
Aesthetically it is neat and the brushed metal case makes it easy to nestle away in any corner of your house. All of my appliances are similar so it blends in well in my home. It isn't large either so it won't be clunky or heavy to move around.
I have easily incorporated it into my morning routine before work, and after work when I am home. As a side note I'm glad this wasn't marketed as a phone charger and is only designed for phone cleaning. I have encountered that sometimes devices with multiple charging ports cancels out the primary reason for a device. I wish showering was this easy (insert chuckle)!

Put This Little Clock In Every Room!

Kicking off 2022 with simplifying my home, I want any smart items to have dual functions and hopefully that snowballs into my closets full of clothing! Jokes aside I enjoy my phone alarm but I have been wanting a clock by my nightstand that wasn't an eye sore with buttons all over and clunky looking.
Then comes in the Lenovo Smart Clock in the reddish clay color which matches my pots in my living room. Set up out of the box took about a minute, when I opened my Alexa app she detected the clock, updated it, and set the time for me. You can also choose how bright you want the clock's numbers by sliding your finger on a bar in the settings app.
Of course this is a speaker and the sound is pretty great for a night stand speaker. In the morning I ask Alexa to tell me the news and thus far it has worked great, the sound isn't muffled and the assistant is responsive.
My favorite feature is when you ask Alexa questions the clock makes this cute face that shows she's listening to what you are prompting.
The clock is perfect for your bedside, bathroom, or a small space! Oh, and this speaker definitely meets my request for multi-functions: it's a speaker, clock, smart assistant, and weather person!

Night and Day Difference On My Eyes

This tool is night and day on my eyes... from a guy's perspective I figured I'd give this a try. Most of my life (especially in college) I have dealt with bags under my eyes from time to time.
Well I went to work last week and I thought my experiment would be to use it for a couple of days and then stop using it one day. Well, I walked into to work and my boss' first question was "Are you sick, what's wrong with your eyes they are very tiny and puffy?" In that moment I knew the Foreo was working. At first I was in awe but then I laughed it off to myself and have been using it daily.
The important part is know the skin care products that work for you. Personally I like a hydration serum and a face lotion that isn't greasy.
The silicone material doesn't pull against your skin or hair so don't worry about that. Charging is simple and setup is even easier. There are three pieces: storage bag, the massager, and the charging cable.
Side note, I purchased a far more expensive massager years ago and I just gave up on it because the plastic and material was cold and hurt my sockets. Also the ability to change the speed of the massage is great as well. In the evening I like to have the faster speed and in the morning I am far more careful with the slow setting.
Definitely a great device to add to your moisturizing routine guys!

Great Scooter for Everyone!

Okay, well my mom wouldn’t try it but her excuse was based on principle of looking silly if she bobbled a little. We all bobble a little to get warmed up. It’s sort of funny.
After you find the sweet spot on balancing yourself the scooter is easy to manage. In fact the next fun component is adding music while you cruise around the neighborhood.
The speaker isn’t as crisp as I thought it would be. I’ve had a Hover Scooter before and my previous scooter had an awesome speaker.
As for storage and charging I bet you’ll love this for young people. There are mainly two pieces to keep track of and they are the scooter and charging cable. Storing it is easy since it’s compact unlike normal scooter with handle bars and charging it is fast and easy. It will light up green when it’s ready to go.
The holidays were fun to show my family how to ride it. With spring around the corner I can’t wait to take it to the beach and ride around sidewalks in the sun!
