A Pro Drive for Anyone and Super Easy to Use

I’m astonished by how quick uploads and transfers were to and from the Pro-G40! I wasn’t hesitant on its performance because I’ve always trust my most precious photos to San Disk’s products.
Last November my 13 year old Frenchie passed away. It’s been so tough grieving him and every picture I have of him I’m scared to lose. I wanted the Pro G-40 for saving his photos but also for my trips for some contract work I do.
About 6-8 times a year I travel with my company to work on social media for our brands. Last October I found myself in Santiago, Chile managing hundreds of photos on a small SD card and it was horrible. My next trip will be a lot easier to maneuver through photos and data using the Pro G-40.
The body is really well built with matte rubber accents, smooth edges, a light case, and best of all a USB C cable to help facilitate those fast transfers.
I have the 2 TB Pro G-40 and the set up was as easy as plugging it into my MacBook.
My next project is to learn how to manage the photos, organize them, and archive them.
I’d love to surprise my grandma with all of her photos from the 50s-70s that she has in memory books by scanning them to my G-40 and adding them to her iPad for Mother’s Day!
A family member said they hadn’t seen me this dedicated to a project in a while so you can say, I’m having a lot of fun with the Pro G-40!

A Gem That Swivels and Turns Heads

The Odyssey line of monitors is amazing. I have the 27 inch one and it must only get better with the other sizes.
Right out of the gate/box you will notice this is not going to be complicated or hard to setup. It was not at all! This is my first curved monitor and I’m wondering what took me so long to take the leap and swoop one up.
Alright, so once your setup you have your monitor and a remote, and it’s a smart monitor. It will literally walk you through how to configure your settings and preferences.
My favorite three features (there are more) are:
-Cloud gaming which was amazing and no lag
-Portrait and Landscape feature of the screen
-Wide landscape views of everything (I thought certain pictures would be cut off)

It’s neat that depending on whether I have my tower turned on or my laptop on it will sense which source is on and switch over to it for ease of use.
The picture quality is unmatched and the blacks are honestly really great. I saw a few dots in the picture she. I was setting up but I think that was a glitch of some sort. Once I got Fortnite going I was good to go.
Oh, and the best surprise… there are built in speakers that have pretty good sound. I am going to upgrade to something with more bass but for a monitor I am very very satisfied with the sound as well.
This is an awesome monitor for both beginners and experts

Great Tools for Sensitive Areas

Guys, this is a pretty sure bet that you will avoid snipping or cutting yourself. That’s not to say you are totally in the clear. I’m sure you can cut yourself if you aren’t careful.
In the box you’ve got your Manscape trimmers, the nose hair trimmer, the charging stand, charging cable, charging cube, and a groin wash.
Personally, the wash seems like a gimmick and something to fill the box. It is similar to the kind of wash you get with a cologne set.
I do like how quick it charges and how compact the two devices are.
I trimmed my quads and seat area to see how close of a buzz I could get without my hair agitating my skin. I’d say it came out very smooth, the hair doesn’t get stuck, and the best part it doesn’t accidentally snag the hair as you buzz. I’ve had that happen with other trimmers.
One downside for me is that when you do want a close to the skin touch up like your shoulders you’ll probably need a different trimmer because this one does not get that close.
The charger is USB-c so I’m grateful for that.
Honestly, hop in the shower, lather up and use this little guy. It did not take very long to get my stuff cleaned up.
Remember to be very careful because you’re working with sensitive areas!

Easy to Share and Wirelessly Play Music & Movies

Travelers, gamers, and anyone who needs to connect your Bluetooth headphones should grab one of these Insignia Wireless Share devices.
I was on an international trip last year for 10 hours and I saw someone with one of these and I had traveler’s envy. I saw them plug and play their movie using their own earbuds.
Fast forward to this year and I’ve got my own and I’ve been able to use to for two trips to Florida and it is so easy to use and set up.
In the box you’ve got your device, an aux cord, a USB-C charger and small dust bag. So charging and setup is a breeze.
My favorite feature is that you can connect any two devices to the device and share whatever you’re watching or listening to.
One more thing, I have a record player and an amplifier. I’ve been searching for something that will allow me to play my records. It worked!
The small downside is that the aux cord is about an inch long but I think it’s okay. If I need a longer one I can grab one easily.
Overall, a great addition to your tech bag, it’s not something you think you need until you do!

Ready to Create Content Right Out of the Box

A camera that has easy to learn presets that you’ll put into incredible use. I just got back from a trip to Chile and I used the other version of this camera to photograph the Chilean wine country and mountain ranges.
So getting this camera was a no brainer.
My favorite feature that this point and shoot camera has is actually the LCD screen that you can swivel based on the lighting and angle you’re shooting in. Most times I am vlogging and I need to see what the segment I am shooting will look like on the spot. It helps that it is touch screen so you can adjust settings pretty quickly and on-the-spot.
The facial recognition feature is also super sharp and great with a couple of people in the frame. However when I was filing 20 or more people it would lose its focus. Not a big deal but it took me a bit to get the hang of it.
As far as shooting modes they each serve their own purpose. My top 3 are: portrait with defocus, scenic for wider shots, and sport for fast moving scenes.
The design is true to Sony with braided round features, and a matte slick look for the body. Oh, and you’ll be glad to know the charging port is USB-C.
If you’ve got someone in your family who wants to VLOG then get them this camera with the matching shotgun mic, and the tripod kit. You’ll be giving the best gift to keep that person busy and you’ll tap into their creative mind.

Sublime Art Piece and Powerful Sound

I’d consider myself an audiophile and I have wanted a Devialet speaker for as long as I can remember. My interest was first piqued by the approach Devialet takes in the design of their speakers.
The Dione (Dee-oh-n) is a great example of their commitment to designing something that gives you powerful sound (Dolby Digital) and it can fill any room! I ultimately chose my bedroom as the place for my speaker. It sits beautifully on the wall, the mounting was super easy, it comes with a guide, and there are these neat little bolts you use with a screw to securely mount the speaker.
You’ll get the mounting equipment, the HDMI Arc cable, power cable, and speaker. There isn’t a remote, so you’ll need to download the application when you open it.
The setup from start to finish took me about an hour. I took my time to make sure the spacing and the depth between my tv stand and tv were ideal for me.
Using the application is very simple so don’t feel overwhelmed. Devialet made sure to only keep the important parts in the app. So you won’t have all random options that don’t apply to your speaker.
The Dione is for me the ultimate soundbar out now that I’ve been able to see at a Best Buy. It is years ahead in technology compared to other sound bars out in the market. This is theatre type of sound! I tested my bar with the new Obi Won show on Disney+! All I can say is “WOW!” When the spaceships fly through the Galaxy the sound in the room feels like you’re out in space in the ship. The lightsaber scenes had me in awe. Of course listening to Darth’s breathing was going to be cool but I didn’t expect what I heard. If you’re a doubter don’t be. Get the Dione, set it up, play a Star Wars film, and get ready to be inspired. Next, I’ll try a horror film but not until it’s day light. Oh, and just for laughs, I Love Lucy on this sound-bar sounds amazing.

Compact and Perfect For Adventurers On The Go

The very compact camera/vlogging mic you’ve been waiting for. In comparison to my other shotgun mic this was casts a large shadow in the capabilities Sony has equipped this mic with.
The statute and size alone were attractive enough to get my attention.
My favorite part is that once you slide it into the slot on top of the camera it pairs with the camera and switches the audio source from the camera to the shotgun mic.
I found it so tough to manage with a third party mic. I’d consider myself somewhere between a novice to intermediate vlogger.
The mic comes with a wire so that you can connect it directly to the camera and a sleeve to cover the mic in windy conditions.
The setup book says that it minimizes shock and vibration but if I am honest, every now and then the sound was fuzzy when filming inside. I’m pretty sure it was a user error but I wanted to mention this because it happened a handful of times.
The design overall is perfect for someone who wants a shotgun mic that fits in your pocket, it is dynamic in the base with a spring so that it absorbs shock, the grate or grill on the mic is sleek, while the whole mic is true to Sony’s designs with braided metal and matte finishes across. Lastly, the mic is powered through the shoe once you slide it into place.
A wonderful shotgun mic for someone on the go, who doesn’t want to be hindered while adventuring in mountains or the outdoors! I can’t wait to use this at my theme park vacation next month!

Enhanced and Secure Monitoring for Peace of Mind

In 2022… and probably beyond the need for device security seems to continue to evolve. McAfee enhanced identity monitoring is what interested me in the first place.
Once you install the product which takes a few minutes you can literally hit the ground running and execute a scan of your emails and see what information of yours is being sold on the internet.
You’ll need to go to the sites individually and request that your information be removed or report it stolen but it’s effective in searching the internet for your information using your email.
The ultimate effective benefit you’ll gain for McAfee Premium is that it is good for multiple
device protection. I, alone have four PCs, and numerous iOS devices so this is going to be super helpful.

The VPN was a little tricky to learn to use since I’m so accustomed to my company’s VPN. However, if you are needing enhanced security you’re certainly going to get it.
Finally, it’s been a weird few years with stories about how many companies are compromised by hackers gathering customer information. It’s been on my mind and so McAfee came through this year by giving me that peace of mind I needed. I hope that they continue to build and enhance the protection line as fraud and protection tools evolve!

Halo There, This Watch is a Great Starter Watch

The Halo is an awesome alternative to a smart watch where you want to get started and see what the hype is all about. It’s got a super easy to use interface and setup so don’t expect to be confused at all like some smart watches out there with a similar look.
It’s all about swiping left, right, up, and down. If you can do that then you can manage to use the Halo.
It’s uber easy on the eyes two and is unsuspecting. It looks like a black rubber band on your wrist but it is a great little coach to let you know your heart rate, steps, time, and tracks your exercise/sleep.
If you’re hoping to keep it simple the. The black matte band with the the high gloss screen are perfect for you. The band is comfortable and the size is adjustable on your wrist like a normal watch.
To charge it you clamp the included port to the watch and let it sit. The battery lasted about three full days before it went completely dead.
You have the option to manage your goals through health and wellness applications which I haven’t taken advantage of yet.
Overall a great watch and it is super versatile.

Turtle Beach Brings Immersive to Next Level

I’ve had my Turtle Beach headphones for a few weeks and it’s great!
It is as though the sound technicians for Turtle Beach are constantly working on the evolution of sound. I got some Turtle Beach wired headphones a couple of years ago for my Xbox and I thought then I was wowed by how great they performed with PUB-G and Halo. Now fast forward a few years and I’m astounded. While playing Fortnite the sounds of footsteps, the wind, animals, and other sounds in the game are so immersive.
Immersive, that is the word that really describes these Bluetooth headphones with an amazing battery life.
These days you have to forego something if you want it to perform at its peak. However, there isn’t anything I had to give up so that could game for hours and hours.
For instance today I started playing around 6pm and finished closer to 11pm and my battery was running great, my mic sounded great, and the ear cushions still felt comfortable after a few hours.
My favorite features are the long battery life, the microphones output for voice is crisp, the microphone swivels up to mute, and the fact that you can pull it right out of the box, plug the usb dongle in, power on the headset, and go!
A great gaming headset for anyone, but especially for the gamer in your life!
