The Cannon Ivy mini printer is not something new, it seems every major band has one out there. I went to the local Best Buy and and they had a display showing this and two other major bands next to it. So which one do you choose? Which works better? To be honest, I am not sure. But I do know this one works well and I like it.
You can get one of those all inclusive Fuji or Polaroid cameras, but they are huge. They give you the same size picture and they are pretty cool as well. What I really like about this is the portability and convenience of it all. It links to your phone via an app, and so you rely on your phone (in this case my iPhone X) to take an even better picture than your all inclusive models. It just makes better sense to get this portable printer.
It is wireless, and the battery holds for a long time because once you turn in on it will automatically turn itself off if its not in use. I did the initial charge and I have been through two packages of pictures and it still working. The battery is great on this model.
The pictures come out on the high end of average. But that is to be expected with one of these models as it is par for the course. After reading up on this kind of technology, this is to be expected. They don’t use a true black, so you will not get the deep rich tones you want in a high end printer. It down not use ink, or more specifically you don’t have to replace any ink ever. But let’s be real, this is not a printer you are going to use as a workhorse. This is a fun, occasional use pocket printer.
The refill paper is about $9.99 for 20 prints, and $24.99 for a pack of 50. So you are looking at $0.50 per picture right now until the price gets cheaper or some invents a generic version.
All in all, it is a fun toy and the kids enjoy it. I think it is worth it if you are into the novelty of the idea, but I definitely think if you are looking at getting a all in one camera/printer device, I would look at this option before doing that. Yes the price is more, but I think you get more and your phone will take much better pictures than those cameras ever could.

Let me begin by saying this is the first action type camera I have ever owned. That being said, it’s very impressive and can do a lot of cool things. Is believe for the $499.99 price point you are really getting a lot for your money. To give this a fair review, I wanted to really try things out and see what it could do. This involved buying the optional mount to and attaching it to my Triumph for a ride.
First, and most important this is a true 360 degree camera that really works. It’s like having back to back fish eye lenses. But in addition to that, they are almost seamless when you are reviewing the videos. Specifically, when you watch or edit the video, you do so on your phone. When you do that, you can watch anything the cameras were watching when they were recording, at any degree. You can also have the camera follow something specific in your video.
For example, you are walking you dog and as you are doing it you begin recording the world around you. You can hold the camera out in front of you and your main area of focus could be directly in front of you. But since the lense see so much around it, the dog walking below is in the image ever so slightly. After doing the five minute video you hook it up to your phone and edit the video using the official app. You can then move the focus of the camera onto the dog walking and select the “follow” option. As you then play the video it will literally follow the dog throughout the video playing. This is again just an example, but it’s literally that easy.
Image stabilization is another cool feature I really liked. As you are watching you video, and you see it looks a little bouncy, you can adjust the image stabilization and it will get rid of the bounce. It’s pretty awesome and very easy to do. It is a really awesome feature, and works well.
The Rylo 360 has a very simple interface. Basically, it lets you take pictures, 180 videos, or 360 videos. There are basically two buttons on the device to get you through your options. One to the side of the screen to toggle between the modes, and then there is the start and stop button on top. Easy as it gets.

As I mentioned before, it hooks to your phone to do the edits and downloads of the videos. The videos can be stored on your phone and your an delete them from the Rylo right from the app while the device is connected to your phone. So this is a truly mobile device and you can edit on the go right from your phone.
The handle the comes with it is handy, and holds the device well. I am not sure how it would fair if you dropped it, but it holds the device very secure and well. What I ended up doing is getting the mount (sold separately) and mounted it to my motorcycle. The mount is $69.99 and well worth it. It’s waterproof, although I have not put that to the test. You can make some awesome videos with it, anything you can dream up. And you are able to do it in 360 degrees.
In short, I recommend this to anyone that wants to shoot videos effectively in 360 degrees. It works well, is simple to use and creates great memories.

Great home upgrade

The TP Link Smart light switch is a great upgrade to any home. This is a two pack so it’s even better. Having a spare home, I have various TP Link WiFi plugs throughout my house and they work well. My problem with them and all the other brands is that they stick out from the wall pretty far and if you have something you want to place close to the wall you are limited. My remedy for that was to attach them to a power strip, but these make things even better!
Obviously they don’t look like normal light switches, at least not the ones in my house. They do have a nice glowing circle on them to help you see them in the dark, which was an unexpected nice feature.
The switch kit was very easy to install using the Kasa app, which walks you through the processor. Everything is well labeled and you don’t need an electrician to do this. Once you get to the point of connecting it to WiFi, it’s very intuitive and takes just minutes. Again, the instructions are great.
The Kasa app is also awesome. You can switch you lights on from your smartphone. This was the main reason I got these. I have things set up so that when I’m not home it looks like I’m at home. I have an alarm system on my home already, but this is an added security measure.
Another thing that’s pretty cool about this product is that it is compatible with Amazon Alexa and the Google Voice line as well. So you can literally tell Alexa to turn on all lights (that you have hooked up) or specific ones individually and they will turn on. Or just use the Kasa app and turn them on from your phone as you get close to your home. Pretty cool product and line of products for that matter.
At the end of the day, if you have any electronics knowledge and maybe a little home maintenance know how, this will work for you and add value to your home. I recommend it to anyone that has a smart home or is interested in small smart home upgrades without going crazy. I’m very happy with the product and I think you will be too.

One word....WOW!

Let me begin by saying I have not used this set up to its full capacity yet. I have kids in the house and it’s hard to make man cave loud when you have little daughters. Never the less what I’ve experienced (and I say experienced because you hear it and feel it) is quite remarkable. If I was able to give it another star I would. I thought I had a good sound bar at home, and the Samsung model I have it great. But this sound bar is the difference between having an HDTV then upgrading to a 4K TV. When I did that it was like watching TV for the first time again. It’s that dramatic. The highs are sharp and crisp and the bass is deep and you can literally feel it. It’s awesome.
So before I hooked it to my TV, I tried some of the Apps and played some music via Bluetooth. Just awesome. I like iHeart radio because I can get most of the radio stations I like as streaming music. Then of course with Bluetooth I can listen to my own music. So I waited until I was alone and at an hour when I would not receive a noise complaint and gave it a shot on higher volume. There was non distortion even then I turned it up to levels that started to be uncomfortably loud. Just amazing. It was easy to set up and the instructions are very intuitive.
Next I tried it on my TV. I have a 65” 4K that it hooked up to, which for a TV had decent sound. When I added my Samsung sound bar it was much better. But with the LG it’s insane. I tried a movie first, as they tend to produce a more quality cinematic sound. Pure quality. This literally provides you with a legit home theater.
So after that I tried playing some video games. Well to be honest, I let my son play his games. Again, it was impressive and I did not experience any delays of any kind.
Usually the way things look are the least important part of these devices. They are speakers after all and they are usually all black rectangles of varying degrees and sizes. This is a bit different and you can see that in the pictures a little. Maybe on the box or display model if you see it at Best Buy. I have it say I like the rounded edges on the bar, it’s slightly different than others I see at the store and I just think it looks sleek. Like you expect it to be awesome based on how it looks, if that makes any sense.
Bottom line. This thing is just what I said it was at the start. It’s an experience. It’s one you need to try and see for yourself. If they have it set up at Best Buy, try it and you will see. If not, trust the people actually reviewing this system and make yourself an educated consumer. If you do so, you will walk out of the store with this in your cart! Bring a friend though, the box is heavy and long!

Great for simple cleaning

I have no real comparison as this is the first time I have purchased any sort of carpet cleaner. I liked this one for the versatility of its ability to do multiple surfaces as well as deal with pets. Before I have used the rental machines at the local big chain store, but again this is nothing like those sorts of machines.
Out of the box, it is easy to put together and takes maybe a few minutes. It comes with two brushes and a tray to rest the machine in while it dries (see picture).
So because it is smaller, this is definitely for smaller jobs or areas. I think it would be ideal for an apartment or a smaller house. Personally I have used it mostly on the carpeted area of my home, but it worked equaly well on hardwood. I didn’t use it too much on the hardwood, because I was not sure how it would work or if it would cause damage. So I was careful and made sure to wipe up I any excess water to make sure it was okay. I did not have any issues, but then again I was again very careful. I did not try it on my area rug, because I am very particular the rug.
The roller brush is really well made and functions very well. It has rough brushes and smooth brushes all combined that work well on the various surfaces you use them on. The rough parts of the brush really grab up any hair on the ground. Really well in fact.
You can use this as a floor cleaner or as a floor cleaner and a vacuum at the same time. So basically you clean and vacuum at the same time. The vacuum is okay, I prefer to use a stronger vacuum to go over the surface first.
So it comes with a few small sample bottles of cleaning solution. A little goes a long ways, and the smell is pleasant. It also cleans well and I did not notice any residue or shampoo left on the carpeted area. It has two compartments, one for putting the solution in, and one for emptying the dirty solution. Simple and straight forward.
So, again this is a small job small area machine, but it does that much very well. It is fairly small and stores easily in the closet. The drip tray allows for easy worry free clean up afterwards.
I recommend this to anyone that needs a good spot or small area cleaning device. For that I think it will be a good work horse.

A definite upgrade to my routine

I had an Oral-B electric toothbrush that I thought was amazing, until I tried this toothbrush. The technology that goes into the sonic vibrations of the Sonicare, are far superior to the almost mechanical feel of the Oral-B. When I was trying the 6100 out, I judged it based on ease of use, ability to clean, and overall technology.
It is very easy to use. Out of the box, you charge it on the provided charger and wait until it is ready. It also comes with a handy travel case, which is common with all models these days. Also common is the two minute interval timer. I have not used a toothbrush that does not have such a timer, with the exception of helping my daughter brush with her “trolls” toothbrush. You simply brush in one quarter of your mouth for 30 seconds and you will feel a different pulse when it is time to move to the next section. Easy as it gets.
It cleans VERY well. I think superior to my Oral-B as I previously mentioned. Both clean well on the surface, but I feel the 6100 really gets between the teeth and in the hard to reach places like behind your back molars. It does not hurt my gums at all. Also, it has three modes. Clean, White and Gum Care are the three different modes, and there are also three different intensities. So in essence there is a mode for everyone.
As far as the tech goes with the 6100, it pretty cool. First off, I like the fact it has a sensor between the head and the smart handle. It will tell you when you need to replace the head, and I have not seen that before. It seems like something that would be pretty obvious as a feature, but I have never had a brush with that sort of feature. I like that idea. Also, if you brush too hard, the brush will make a pulsating sound to remind you to back off a little. Very smart.
I have to says it will literally give you that fresh from the dentist feel to your teeth. Like they are polished. I do caution you to make sure to keep the 6100 in your mouth while it is on, as it is very intense and will shoot toothpaste all over if you don’t. I am not a big fan of cleaning off my mirror twice a day, so take the little bit of advice. Given that small consideration, this thing is amazing and worth the investment in your oral health. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Sony’s Best Headphones to date

Where do I begin....
First off, they say they have a 35 hour battery life. The next best set of headphones I have last for 10 hours. The 35 hours is simply insane. I charged them out of the box and I have not charged them since. It is really impressive.
They fit on you head and around your ears very comfortably. They fit around your ears, and I don’t feel like they are too tight. Some brands fit a little tight, these have just enough spring to keep them secure on my head, and make a great seal around my ears.
The noise reduction is better than my Beats Studios, and on par with a pair of Bose I have. They are more comfortable than my Beats as well especially for longer wear.
I like how I can answer phone calls while wearing them, just like my Beats, but the person on the other side of the phone call can hear me much better with these. The interface on the headphones is very intuitive and set up was a breeze. The instructions are accurate, and I had no trouble at all doing it.
But the most important part is the sound right? Clear highs and hard hitting bass with solid mids. They are just as good as anything else in their price range. Sony killed it on this one. I have had a pair of Sony Extra bass models in the past, in fact they still sell them at Best Buy. But they are huge in comparison to these Headphones.
These look great, work great and as I stated before they are as good or better than anything in their price range of around $200. You will not be disappointed.

Definite upgrade to the original

I had the original version of this system, and I purchased it after doing a lot of research. I wanted something that had home monitoring, but at a reasonable price. I thought the original version of this was nice, but it lacked in having a somewhat antiquated interface and components. So when I saw that Simplisafe was upgrading, so did I.
Everything revolves around the base station, which connects using cellular service. It also has battery backup should your power go out. That is a great feature. The previous version looked like a some kind of old air freshener. It was not attractive and made you want to hide it vice display it.
The biggest upgrade is the keypad. It’s really nice now and you can actually take it off the wall and leave it in another room if you so please. So if you plan on going in through the garage vice the front door, you can leave it by the garage door so you can get to it faster. Also the interface is now what I would consider to be on par with all the other providers. Much smaller, much nicer and much more intuitive.
Finally, all the components, be it door/window sensors or motion sensors, are all much smaller and to me so far seem more accurate. Something shadows would set off my motion sensors. Now I have not had that issue yet.
One note is the previous systems are not compatible with the old. So keep that in mind if you want to upgrade. You will need to replace the whole system, not just parts.
Definitely worth the upgrade, and I still pay the same for monitoring service.

Accomplish tasks efficiently with this HP desktop computer. Its Intel Core i7 processor supplies plenty of power for video editing and gaming, and the 16GB of RAM lets you run multiple programs at the same time without performance lag. This HP desktop computer has a large 1TB hard drive for storing files and the Intel Optane Memory is a smart system accelerator that adapts to your everyday computing activities.

Great workhorse family computer

I got this computer for one reason, and that was for it to be a family computer for the kids and my wife and I to use. We are by far an Apple family. We have iPhone, iPads, iPad Pros, and MacBooks. I love the build quality of Apple products and they just seem to last a long time.
But in the past, I have used PCs and liked them a lot. The integration between them and Apple products was decent before, and now I have found that it is still really good. That being said, it was not my primary reason for getting this computer.
I chose this one because of the features. Specifically, I love the large memory capacity of 1TB and 16GB of RAM. The Optane memory is something I still don't quite understand, but I liked the idea behind it. It is super fast, so I assume the Optane has something to do with that. It is supposed to streamline things so they open faster.
I actually began considering this because of Windows 10. Before Window got rid of the start menu and I really hated the format they went to in order to streamline things across all their devices. Nice idea, but I think they failed with that concept. It is what sent me to Macs. Now they have fixed that and I love the renewed format in Windows 10.
Finally, I love the fact this has a wireless keyboard and mouse. It is so sleek. I love the way it looks, feels and responds.
So, I decided to add a 27" HP Monitor to go with this computer, and in the loft at my house it now functions well as a smaller TV for Netflix and Hulu for the family. The computer does NOT come with a monitor, you need to buy one yourself.
I really like this computer, and think you will too. I think it is well work the money and it serves more than it's purpose for my family and I.

Photos on a whole new level!

Let me begin by saying I have only used photoshop in a very limited capacity in the past. This being through apps on the iPhone which had very limited options and the app itself did the majority of the editing. There were no advanced features and there were limited options. So stepping up to this is a very big difference for me.
Editing:
My wife loved the way she could edit the photos for placement on social media sites. The step by step tutorials allow you to get a very solid understanding of how to make edits, and it is fairly intuitive. There are edits such as changing the lighting, or even being able to adjust or change the background in a photo. I am still working on perfecting the latter, but we had a lot of fun making GIFs. By far is the unique ability to create photos with open eyes, when the subject in the photo has their eyes closed. That is so cool.
Organization:
I like the way my MAC organizes my photos, but I love the way it does it in this program. You can organize by date or person, and the photos are even geocorded so you can see where they were taken. I am sure they get that data from my phone, but I like that feature.
My wife and I are starting to get into taking more photos since we have had kids, and this allows for us to create amazing images of our own, without having to pay for a photographer each time we want to make a memory. So far the process has been fairly simple, and as I said there are a few things I need to perfect in order to get the best quality image I can. But for the most part I think I am doing well with the program and I consider myself to be a complete novice in this.
I recommend this to anyone that wants to go beyond the normal images they take with their phone or camera. You can truly take one of a kind photos and edit them in so many ways you will impress even yourself. Definitely worth the buy.

If your local store has it in stock. You will be able to tell that when you go through the online check out process and select the store you want to pick up at. Better chance at a larger store, like the ones that have a huge appliance section. Otherwise, you will have to wait for it to get to the store after you order. And it that case, it would probably better to ship it to your home.

What is the process for making a latte? Is there a separate reservoir for cream or milk and if so, can powdered creamer be used since it won't spoil?
The milk frother (shown in the photo on this site) is a separate device. It is a one serving at a time sort of think. Fill it, pour it, clean it, repeat. So no worry about spoiling or powdered anything. It actually works really well. I was really surprised.

No. Look at the product page for it on the website. At the bottom it shows the dimensions of the trays it uses. Off the top of my head, I think they are 13" wide. So maybe a half dozen size pan at the most, but definitely not a dozen.

There are the original H9’s, then the H9i. Then they made another H9. This is that second H9.

Are the volume and lock buttons easy to push with the case on?
They are super easy to use. I had an otterbox before and those buttons tend to be a little stiff. These are not. They protect the buttons well without compromising ease of use. You will be happy with it.
