the leaf name implies it is thin and flexible, which it is. where i placed it, i received almost as many channels as another hard antenna. but for its compactness, it is impressive

despite its name, which i am sure some marketer thought was smart, it truly works great with any device. it has optical audio, bluetooth, and standard headphone jack support. seems amazing quality, and android app is well designed.

The cable charges my iPad, normally i would stop a review there because what else would it or should it do? If it did not, it would be a failed product. However, it includes a solid attached velcro-like strap which looks like leather/pleather (not sure?) which potentially is "multi-purpose" for storage or perhaps wrapping up excess cable if your distance from charger is not that far.

Good Quality sound, comfortable fit, USB-adapter

The sound is good - I've got nothing bad to say about it - I may not be able to drone on and on about the 'range' of the sound, how it handles the highs (treble?) or lows (bass?) - but i like the quality. On another note, I also like that it came with a USB-to-Headphone Jack adapter. I wonder if with minimal effort I can get an adapter that would let me attach the USB connection to, for example. USB type C or lightning adapters, which might allow me to connect to my mobile phones or tablets. If that works, the USB adapter may have a longer life than the headphones do, because it is a separate adapter, and it seems i break a lot of headphones frequently (i.e. wires cut, or speakers blown, etc.)

Reliability/Speed and Alexa in one

I placed this in my home office, and it took a few minutes to do the initial power up, after which time it told me which app to install (out loud via voice). I followed those instructions, and it was a cinch to get up and running. I would love to note that when I connected this router to my SmartTV there were no picture freezes, whereas with my previous router there seemed to be constant hiccups. I was very pleased with that alone. Also, it appeared that the app automatically set up the phone i installed the app on to connect to the Wireless system, thereby saving me the effort of typing the password twice on the same device. I am a long term Asus product fan, and have heard past friends recommending their products dating back to the mid 1990s.

Very fast Wi-Fi (avoid wired, though)

As a person with a pre-existing 6-node VELOP network who was hesitant to replace the main node which is "working", I decided to set up a second 2-node network with this newer system. The result: First, I speed tested the desktop on a wired connection (100Mb/s service) and I was only getting about 9Mb/s and thought "this is NOT good". However, I recalled I had a wireless AC USB thing in the USB port so I decided to give WiFi connection a test in fairness, and wow -- I got nearly the full 100Mb/sec connection speed (and this is the third or fourth layer of, in this case, DHCP, "firewalling" between the internet connection and this router's wifi). Also noting, it detected I had plugged it into a common internal network numbering system, and was smart enough to pick (on its own) a NEW subnet address system for its network rather than the standard 192.168.1.xxx.
If I were dreaming of a feature request, since this is a subnet within the house net, I would REALLY like it if it could (on the router) do VPN connections. I do understand the in some way VPN is 'less private' because you are identifying yourself, usually verified by credit card number, for traffic - but a level of security OVER THE INTERNAL network would be nice because i do not trust that all the IoT devices on the MAIN network should have (if hacked) access to this network.

This one had a major advantage over another under mattress sleep tracker from another company with wifi, and on that other model the wifi signal was so strong it seemed like I could feel electricity flowing through me as I slept. This ifit tracker uses bluetooth low energy instead, which does require the phone to be somewhat nearby (charging while asleep). It gave a detailed graph, and info on average heart rate, breaths per minute, times awake, and so on. It encouraged me to sleep more after waking at 4am (noise outside) knowing that I could see if I fell back asleep and for how long I actually slept, which has benefits.

Clear professional quality sound, Well designed

The sound quality is excellent, the advertised range is impressive (though i didn't test too far apart yet), when you start talking there is a tone to get your attention before the remote party speaks, overall I'm quite happy with these. One thing to know is to be prepared to have a Philips-head screwdriver available to install the included re-chargeable batteries. Otherwise, it's very easy to get up and running. Also worth noting, I've left these on for an extended period and did not receive messages/interference/noise from random sources, the only communication appeared to be between these devices. I may wind up passing these over to another family member who has a larger property and may have more of an immediate potential use for communication with the radios.
