I highly recommend adjusting the settings. Once out of the box it looked OK to us, but I searched online reviews that have calibrated this TV and set ours exactly as those reviews tell you to.BIG difference. I cannot stress that enough.
I highly doubt the in store displays are using the out of the box settings.

Have you optimized the settings on the tv? The installers did some optimization on setup, then I talked to DirectTV to make sure we had the correct settings for the HD picture and programs. Sometimes the HDMI cable can cause picture issues as well.by

when I was researching at Best Buy, they confirmed their image was Networked 4K signal. They were relcutanct to switch to a local signal, but ensured me that when 4K becomes norm for most cinema that the images would improve. BBuy has a few DVDs in 4K, spend a few bucks and see the native 4K - you'll be glad you did. Or, search Schwarz 4K on YouTube - their imagery is awesome.8 years, 6 months ago

Without knowing any specific details, it's hard to determine why this might be happening.It's recommended that you check your incoming signals and make sure they're coming in at 720 or 1080 resolutions. Often times, people forget to change the video output on the cable/satellite box, Blu-Ray player or game consoles. As a result, a lower resolution is sent to the TV and it doesn't look as good as it could.

Samsung recommends following:Samsung LED TVs have an operating temperature range of 50° F to 104° F (10° C to 40° C). Temperatures outside this ranges will affect the operation of the TVs and can cause damage. Consequently, you can mount your LED TV over a working fireplace or a heater so long as the tempture where the TV is mounted does not exceed the operating tempurature range.

No. It does not. It comes with the standard remote (TM1260C). Read the description. If you want the smart remote (TM1560A) you'll need to buy the 7100 (UN60JU7100) TV, but Best Buy doesn't offer this TV. You'll need to purchase it else where. It's only $100 more and well worth it.by

I purchased this TV back in August and I have to say I have been having problems. When I am playing my Apple TV and/or my Fios I notice that the picture has a slight jump or pause for about a half of second every so often. I have a high speed internet, the correct HDMI cables and I keep the settings on standard and still this problem persist. It is the engine in the TV or is there a problem for the TV. Also I have notice that some parts of the film or program seems to be missing the pixels in some scenes. Please give a answer to this problem.by

You should test your tv on the tv YouTube app on uhd 4k and you ll see the difference and you can set the setting while watching 4k and then exit from the youtube app and go on regular tv and this should fix your issue.Hope it helps.
