Try changing the security settings of your router. If you have the network configuration page in front of you from the printer, you will have the Router IP address listed as the Default Gateway IP.
1. Type that into your address bar of your internet browser. Once the router page comes up.
2. Find where the security settings are (I have a Belkin, mine was on the left hand side about 1/4 of the way down).
3. In the security settings page, you will probably see where it has defaulted to WPA-PSK + WPA2-PSK. Change that so it just says WPA-PSK and apply changes.
I would the restore the defaults on your printer and run the wireless wizard again. Then you should be up and running, if you have the same problem I did.
