Yes it should. I have it on a lg 65" of similar models. it has extensions for depth so that the mount should fit. I have it on an older plasma Panasonic which is much deeper in thickness as well. It's a great mount.
Yes, it will. I've mounted both a 49 and a 55 inch TV using this product and it's very easy. It comes with all of the proper hardware and has a 'cut out' that enables you to line it up where you want on the wall. It's just as easy to put it onto the mounting as it is to take it off, too, which makes it a great proposition for when/if you move.
Yes but you need to get the mounting hardware for use with a brick wall, I would go to a hardware store (Home depot, Loew's, etc) and inquire about it.
Depending where your inputs are, if you cant reach them with the TV tilted down then tilt it all the way up to make all your connections. There is more than enough room.
You need special hardware to mount to a brick wall that have to be drilled in, like a wallboard molly for bricks, you can get them at (Home Depot, Lowe's, hardware store. etc)
Mount comes with a variety of mounts for a lot of different wall types. I think there are mounted for brick. If not you can easily get anchors from big box stores.
It will mount where ever you can install the 2 included screw into. It has 2 little indentations in the back of the antenna where the screw heads seat. I have had it for about 2 months and it does a good job. I plan on buying the plug in/powered version next time.
Just had a TV installed with this mount. Is there an anti-theft mechanism, or do I need a separate cable for that? Just not sure if it's easy to detach, or if this mount has anti-theft built-in?
Get a home security system with a camera that will allow you to view activity from your smartphone within your home. If in fact it is stolen your insurance will cover the expenses lost.
There is no anti-thef mechanism. If your TV has a place to mount an anti-theft cable you would be better off. It is way easy to remove the TV from the wall with this thing. Perhaps it is a good time to consider security cameras or a better place to live.
I will say yes but... You absolutely need to find your wood studs. The older ones are a bit heavier. At my job we mounted two like yours and the Molly bolts would not hold , had to add wood braces . Once we did that, these brackets were flawless!
Yes there are 4 big lag bolts that hold the bracket in the wall. The whole wall will fall before the tv comes off the wall if you follow the directions.
No, there are no additional parts available for attaching other devices to the mount. The mount was designed to hold a TV and we could not recommend trying to use it to support additional equipment.
