For The Price, These JVC Headphones Are Great!

The JVC HAA18TB Earbuds are a serious contender at the price point they are being sold at, simple as that I jnow what youbare reading these reviews for, are they loud? How do they fit? How is the bass? And last, how long does the battery last? I am about to give you the results of my testing and comparison to my favorite earbuds
First, the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is simply because no matter the rubber adapter for my ear, they do ot stay in, the shape does not work for my ears but does for my wife. With that said, I do still use these for things like mowing, desk work and just relaxing. I use earbuds almost 24/7 due to a major ear defect I have that causes tinnitus at a high level almost my entire life.
As for the bass, they hit real nice but are definitely fake tuned to give more bass than you need. I actually adjusted the bass way down on my equalizer on my phone, tablet and PC to compensate and boom, great sounds all around after that. The mids are clear, not muddy at all, and the highs are crisp and clean with a tad sound blurriness past 12k hz, for the price, I can 100% expect and accept this tiny downfall.
Are they loud? Heck yes they are loud, especially in my wife's ears as they sit in much farther and seal up to the outside world better she cannot wear them at full volume. The sound will get distorted at high volumes, its not hard to find their threshhold and pass that, so be careful.
The battery is amazing, period. I can go a week on a case charge and still have some left over. I wear them about 4 hours a day, so the advertised battery level, depending on your volume, last well over that number for me.
Would I buy them at retail or sale price? At retail without a doubt, on sale, I will pick up an extra set for my wife and for me.
I can 100% recommend these but make sure to try all the adapters right away and find the right fit, just in case your ears are shaped weird like mine.
As for comparing to my $230 earbuds, they acrually throw a good fight with them besides the comfort and fit. The sound is close but well more defined on my expensive set.
I hope you ejoy your JVC earbuds, they will be a great purchase for most people.

Basic Monitor with 1000R Curve for Long Daily Use

The Samsung S39C is a nice wide screen with a 1000R curve for better gaming. I set this up next to my Samsung UW 1000R screen to compare amd setup to see if I could make it work for Sim Racing.
Samsung states it is a 75hz monitor for gaming performance on a budget. That was the first issue right off the bat. After almost an hour, I was able to customize my 4090 to finally see it as a 75hz monitor. There is an issue with the way the monitor sends signal back to the GPU as only 60hz maximum. I do not know why this is happening and I went through all the normal routes to fix this issue and no matter what, the screen would promptly chamge my resolution and refresh rate right after settihg it to 75hz and/or both 75hz and 2560x1440 forced resolution to match the UW monitor for sim racing.
Once the monitor was set, on to racing and I must say, i was slightly disappointed in both native resolution and forced, forced was actually better. The screen is subpar for gaming, colors are way off before calibration and there is a lot of bleed and ghosting. I expected a little issues but at this price point, my $149 1440 screen from Best Buy(another brand) was much better quality im construction and picture, only difference was the 1000R and the Samsung is less native resolution.
BUT!!!! There is a silver lining! Are you just looking for a curved monitor for easier eye strain all day? Then this monitor is why it moved from 2 to 4 stars for me. The monitor set to its Native 1080 and 60hz, the picture is gorgeous for daily work and even light picture editing. I would not use it for final picture editing due to color differences.
For work using Solidworks and Mastercam, this monitor does great, actually, much better than the expensive ones at work, it blew my mind how well it could handle the massive amount of colors for modeling on the screen.
It seems the gaming aspect Samsung is trying to sell the mobitor on should have been kept to the bottom of the panphlet and it should be marketed as a high performing work monitor.
And last, the matetials used, especially the back of the monitor is 1990s US car maker quality plastic, they could have used smooth for much eaier dusting. The package was great, coming with HDMI and DVI cables, making it nice to utilize the screen between my 2 computers having multiple inputs.
If you are looking at this for work buy it, if for gaming, I recommend it for games like Minecraft and slow moving games.

Does it work? Why Yes, Yes It Does!

The Deebot T9+ by Ecovacs Robotics is way better than my first and outdated competitor by a longshot. The avoidance sensors alone are bad to the bone, so much better than that fishy one.
The Deebot is lightyears ahead in my opinion with the optics, app, and ease of setup. Once I sownloaded the app, setup and registration took about 10 minutes before the vacuuming commenced and here is what I found, good and bad, there is a reason it did not get 5 stars, a little fix and it will be.
Pros:
The vaccum learns its route extremely fast, utilizing the boundary setup once it runs its first full vacuum. Get ALL big things and definitely all the little things off the floor before running the first learn cycle.
This thing lays lines like a mower in olus grass, love the look and you can tell where it has been.
It goes over big thresholds with ease due to its power and wheel design that lifts the vacuum up over tall wood and metal thresholds
The vacuum is not loud at all, much quieter than a traditional vacuum.
Self empties when it is full, just replace the bag when it is full.
The mop is great for vinyl flooring, does great on light dirt, not the best on hardwood for some reason, no matter what, it left streaks.
The side brushes work great getting the edges along baseboards and table/chair legs.
Fast cleaning is awesome!
The smell from the air freshener is a great touch.

This is the main reason for 4 stars, the brush is NOT meant for homes with women and long hair. The brush needs to have a design like most pet hair vacuums and utilize a tangleless hair brush. I spend a lot of time fixing the brush on this Deebot. I have 4 daughter and a wife, it is insane how much hair we shed.

Thats is, that is my only con and it is a huge one unfortunately.
I would definitely buy this vacuum though, it saves me time over vacuuming traditionally, even if I do have to clear the brush 1 or 2 times a cleaning

This Chainsaw is a Homeowners Dream

The Greenworks Pro 18 inch 80 volt battery powered chainsaw with brushless motor seems to be a homeowners dream. This chainsaw just plain works, very well to be honest, with very minimal cons that will still have you buying this saw.
First, the packaging was very well setup, zero damage happened from the manufacturer not even placed in a protective box, the shelf box ad packing made it to my homes with zero damage. Pulling it out of the box, I immediately started charging the 80v battery so my testing could be set from a full charge, I did not even check or try the unit for charge out of the box.
Next, I checked the chain adjustment for my 1/8 inch of play I like to run my blades at on all chainsaws and decided to take out a thick bush in front of my home. The bush was 8 inches thick at the base and cut through it in less than 10 seconds, not bad for a sappy pine bush and the chain that was included with it. The saw never once slowed down or bogged, it was plenty of power to get through the bush. I next cut off limbs from my maple tree overhanging the garage, wow, cut right through the first few but the original chain was already dull. I went out and bought a new chain from a brand I always use and now this chainsaw competes with my much more expensive gas powered brand, probably does better when the battery is full.
Also, the sound of the unit is different than gas obviously but you still need ear protection, the high pitch whine is just as taxing to your ears as a 2 stroke screaming through logs as well. Is it easier on your ears, yes, as long as you stay under half throttle, go over half, it is just as loud up close as gas powered but the sound does not carry near as far, so your neighbors will be extremely happy.

What and amazing unit!

The Elvie Stride Plus is the product we always needed in our big household. With just having baby number 5, and being out first boy, we wanted to make sure his mother's milk was always available. My wife was so tired of manual pumping on the first 4 girls, hours and hours of punping over the years and that is because every electeic unit we ever tried, just plain stunk.

Great system once you add the local storage

I have to say, the Blink camera system works great, I added another 2 after getting this putdoor wired spot light setup. I had an issue at first with the camers and reached out to Blink support and after a few calls and some emails, we found that my internet was not powerful enough to get recordings to be decent quality.
So, I bought the Blink local storage sync module and added a 500gb memory stick. BOOM, we finally have great 1080P recordings to look back on and actually see who is around our home when we are not. I used this to also light up the dog area at night, the lights are super bright and highly adjustable.
From the start of the past 8 days of actual use and testing once we got the storage module, i have added 2 more Blink outdoor cameras and I have to say, they work flawlessly as a whole systtem and NO monthly fees with the local storage, ever!
Back to the camera, the quality is great for 1080, night time is ok, even with the lights, you can still get most of the picture, just can get weird glares off items around the yard washing out some of the picture.
Mounting if the camera was easy, we already had a light installed so it was a quick swap out and I removed the switch that light was on givong it 24/7 power everything was included for install into an existing wall or overhang mount, very nice touch Blink.
I plan on adding more local modules and cameras as the wallet will allow, I used to be an Arlo guy, not anymore, these Blink camera do a great job for much less than Arlo.

Perfection and fast 5 oclock shaddow removal

The Philips Norelco Shaver 7200 is a nice addition to my daily routine over even my old Norelco. There js a reason I stayed with Norelco, they work, are easu to clean, and never leave me with stubble.
The shaver works great for any stubble under a week for myself, once I get a week out, the shaver needs to get some help im the way or a preshave with my Norelco shears. The head on the 7200 flexes and conforms to all the areas on my face and even works on my chest. The design gives full confidence that I can shave quickly and not get a cut.
The shaver also has a built in edge trimmer that works great around your ears and under my beard for a super straight line. I also found it works great for around your manly area below, works better than that Yard Mower 4.0 one from another brand, I have that one, this is better.
The battery lasts forever, I am a week in and I still have tons of battery, it may end up once a month for charging Clean up is super easy, the head ipens right up for easy cleaning and new blades if you ever want to replace them.
I am very happy with the Norelco 7200, it is now my favorite shaver.

Not What I Expected, Has Potential but is Limited

The Arlo Safety Bundle with 2 Emergency Buttons is a great concept but falls well short of what I expected. The Buttons must be hooked up and within range of your phone or GPS enabled device like a tablet at all times. This is not what I was hoping for, I needed something for my kids to have outside in the yard, does no good for small kids without an electronic device on them that can intercept the signal. I tried everything to make them work outside but as soon as they leave the house, they disconnect from their Samsung Tablets and are useless.
I decided to use one for my grandmother since she stays in our extra room and has a phone to connect too. The other I have my wife use for when she leaves work and it is dark out. Those are the 2 easiest people I could use for testing that was close to me. If these were LTE enabled and had a sim card slot, these would have been a killer device and could have been used for tracking cars, trailers and even motorcycles if they were stolen.
Now, I will say the setup was fast and easy on the app, no more than 15 minutes for the whole setup. The buttons work and work properly but can be easily setoff and we got a call because of it. The button was accidently pushed in my wife's purse and she got a text and call within 20 seconds, that was impressive.
The GPS is as good as the device they are stuck too as well, if you plan to use them for hiking or traveling, your phone must have data and good service to make worth buying.
This product has major potential just needs better execution in my eyes. I do not take this idea as an entire loss for Arlo, they do work and can be used, but, they may want to stick to cameras unless they make a true GPD Safety Tracking System.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Canon has officially won my heart back with the Maxify MegaTank GX4020, an all in one printing solution. Setup was the easiest yet with easy to follow prompts plus fast and easy mobile setup as well!
This is an All in One printing solution, which means it can Print, Copy, Scan, and Fax. This is available on most printers nowadays but where the Canon shines is the scan and copy bed, with a 1200 x 2400 dpi can resolution, which gives original detail on almost every document, photo or whatever you are scanning/copying/faxing. The Copy features are plenty as well with Fit to Page, Doc Copy, and even ID Copy, but that's not all.
This is an All in One printing solution, which means it can Print, Copy, Scan, and Fax. This is available on most printers nowadays but where the Canon shines is the scan and copy bed, with a 1200 x 2400 dpi can resolution, which gives original detail on almost every document, photo or whatever you are scanning/copying/faxing. The Copy features are plenty as well with Fit to Page, Doc Copy, and even ID Copy, but that's not all.
The printer itself can make great photos and print all the work documents you need, but I found it works great making stickers! Yes, stickers, and it rocks! I bought a sticker making kit with precut shapes you can add a logo, picture, or whatever you want and print. The quality is just as good as the $5 stickers at truck stops, which is fine with me. The printer also can make professional signs and long style banners, I only tried a small 8x10 poster and the quality looked no worse or better than most local printing companies, this will save me lots of printing costs for the fliers I use at events.
The printing color is also very true to what I want, the colors do not differ much and it is always hard to take what is on a screen and put it to paper. My system has been tuned to have the truest colors as I design graphics for ATV's, dirt bikes and more, so I can truly say Canon's color profiles are corrected and can be used for projects that color is the utmost important item on your checklist.
This is my first tank style printer and I can say this looks to be the way to go. Quick fill, easy to buy the ink at many retailers and cheaper in the long run from what I can tell. The printing head can be removed easily for replacement and maintenance as well, it will most likely last the lifetime of a normal consumer but may wear out in a business setting after a few years like most do.
The 4020 has an included 3 Year or 80,000 Page warranty, which is insane for most companies nowadays, this shows me that Canon knows this printer is built to last and perform.
Print fast, Print Clear, Print Bright, Print with this Canon!

Is the Nextbase 320XR the new mid range King?

The Nextbase 320XR Dash Camera with Rear Window Camera is a great mid range camera, but I have to ask, is this the new mid range in car camera king? I have to say off the bat, yes, it is. I already own one of these for my truck. My wife's car had the old Nextbase 122 in it and finally after years of the sun beating down on it, the camera would no longer read the SD card. It was time to replace it and we wanted the same brand and same unit as my truck.
The 320XR is filled with features, we can all see them above in the specs and description, no reason to say it all again. So for a real review, how does it work? It works amazing and not even a little less than amazing. For the price point, this is a mid range setup including a rear camera, not many other do that are actually placed at the rear of the car at this price point. The picture quality is amazing out of both cameras, a solid easy to read and see picture, even when blown up on a 50" TV. The picture quality at night depends on street lighting and glare, but I can tell you the camera does a great job with glare, it still gets plenty of the needed video. The sound it captures is great as well, picking up everything in the car and if the windows are open, most everything outside of the car as well.
The mounting is super easy via 3M sticky pads, even an extra set was in the box, cannot be mad about that especially if you forget to clean the surface first, now you are not trying to use something else or calling Nextbase to order more. The rear camera wire is easy to run along the headliner or along the floor under trim panels. DO NOT leave wires hanging, tuck them away correctly. The unit is powered by a cigarette light port, I actually bought a hardwire kit and put it to a fuse that is turned on by the ignition, no cables hanging or going over the radio. The hardwire kits are available online, I did not see them on Best Buy but maybe I missed it.
The constant recording is a great feature to have, it is a rolling record, every one minute it starts a new video. This makes it so much easier finding a specific section or video. Also, all videos are date and time stamped, just make sure to set the proper date and time when setting up, this could mean the difference of a ticket or no ticket.
If you are looking for a great mid range front and rear camera, do not look anywhere else, you will pay more for the same features and still might not have the separate rear camera.
I would recommend this to a friend!
