The final album before they broke up and reunited 4 years later sees Despised Icon streamlining their attack with sharp precision while ditching the pig squeals that they were known for. It's not better than The Ills Of Modern Man or even The Healing Process, but it's worthy of your attention.

Consumed By Your Poison was a good debut, but I feel that this is more of a solid release. The songs are better written, the production and mix are both strong, and the performance is top notch. The Healing Process serves as a pretty good precursor to The Ills Of Modern Man. Get them both and listen to them back to back.

Ministry may be done recording albums for a while, but Al Jourgensen is far from finished. Not that I think this is what being on meth sounds like, but it is indeed the craziest Al has ever come up with, and he's done his fair share and then some. Imagine the Side F/X Include Mikey's Middle Finger track from Ministry's last album, and that should give you idea on the sound here.
