Hi flguy, The Rapid Receipt RR-600W can scan directly to email, or to popular cloud services by using the scanner's front panel controls. You must sign up for a free Epson Connect account to use this feature. The RR-600W can also scan directly to a connected USB memory device, or to computers, smart phones, and tablets. The EcoTank ET-15000 wireless all-in-one offers Cartridge-Free Printing with easy-to-fill supersized ink tanks. Save up to 90 percent on ink with low-cost replacement bottles (1). This all-in-one delivers vibrant prints up to 13" x 19" (through rear-feed tray) and scans up to 8.5" x 14" (via the ADF). Print for up to 2 years with each included or replacement ink bottle set (2) — each replacement set includes enough ink to print up to 7,500 pages (3). My ET-2800 won't refill from the combo pack 522 ink bottles. No color showing in the tank windows. A small amount of ink may have moved but not much. Help
Hi Tompat, Please make sure you use the correct color bottle to refill each ink tank. Each ink bottle has a specially-shaped nozzle so it fits only on the correct color. After you unscrew the lid from a bottle turn it over and place the nozzle on top of the fill port for the same color. Slowly rotate the bottle until it fits onto the fill port. Press the bottle down gently to start the ink fill. When the tank is full the ink automatically stops coming from the bottle. If you still have trouble, visit the Epson support site for the ET-2800 to see helpful videos and user guides. Does the workforce pro 3820 have a camera? Or can it take photos?
Hi Jose, The WorkForce Pro WF-3820 does not have a camera. I has a scanner. You can place documents on the scan bed or in the auto document feeder and copy them or scan them to produce a file on your computer, smart phone or tablet. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

My Epson ET-2700 will not refill from new 522 bottles. Package says it should work will the 2700. Help.

Does the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7840 Printer have a Depth (From Front of Printer to Rear of Printer) of 38.4". I thought its depth would be similar to the WorkForce WF-7840 Printer of approximately 18"?

Can this printer print on label sheets?
Hi Noobette, While we cannot test every third party label type with the EcoTank ET-2400, so cannot guarantee print quality, but if the label sheets are inkjet-compatible they should work.
