Can data card transfer to computer to burn DVD copies? Is camera format same for the DVD?

Yes, you can transfer the content to your computer. Once it's there, you could save it onto a DVD. Photos are saved as a jpg and videos are saved as mp4 files.

Can this GOPRO record while charging Hooked up to a 12 volt power supply like your USB cable hooked up to your USB adapters??

The power source needs to be a 5V and 1-2A output to charge the HERO8 Black. If your power supply can output at that rate, it should work.

Does this camera have a self timer?

Yes, there is an option to turn on a photo timer with the HERO8 Black. Plus you can control this camera using your voice to take a photo simply by saying "GoPro take a photo".

Can anyone tell me if this camera has an audio input? If yes, where is it located in what type of connection is it? Thank you.

To connect an external mic to the HERO8 Black, you'll need to use either the new Media Mod or the Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter. With either of these, you can connect a 3.5mm mic to the GoPro.
