Is this camera wifi enabled?

The HERO8 Black creates its own wifi signal, that it uses to pair up and sync with your smartphone or other GoPro devices. The camera itself does not pair (or need to pair) with an external wifi signal for normal operations - that way you can use the GoPro anywhere you go whether there is wifi there or now. For the times when you might want to pair up to an external wifi signal (for example to update the camera's firmware) you can do that by connecting the GoPro using the signal via your smartphone or computer.

There is not an additional external battery that can be used with the HERO7 Black that would allow the GoPro to remain waterproof.

The Sleeve and Lanyard does not provide buoyancy to the GoPro. To float your GoPro, you'll want to use a Floaty or attach the GoPro to a Handler mount.

Does this particular gopro have a video out port like the hero 7 black? I don't need all the motion features from the black edition and would like to pair this with a cam link, I just don't know if it has the video out port. It's hard to tell from specs.

The HERO7 Silver does not have the HDMI out port. The HERO7 Black is the only HERO7 model with that feature.
