what is difference black ang white

I’ll be using this on the race track. How reliable is the voice command? Can I turn it on and off with the phone app?

Voice Commands are pretty reliable, but if there is a lot of background noise, it might be hard for the GoPro to distinguish individual commands. If the GoPro is paired up to your phone using the GoPro app, you can turn the Voice Command functions on/off and you can control the functions and turn on/off recordings using the app as well.

Does it shoot in true slow motion

The HERO7 Silver can shoot at up to 60 frames per second. That frame rate will allow you to slow a video down by half and still look like a smooth, normal video.
