I had 2018 Tacoma which pre-installed mount base for GoPro Dashcam. I wonder if this Hero7 compatible with that mount base.

The mounts installed in the Toyotas is our standard Quick Release mount, so nearly all GoPro mounts can be connected to it. For the HERO7 Black, you'll use the frame and the Quick Release mount that's included with the camera, and simply slide it into the mount on the windshield.

Hello. What's the frame included ? The water tight frame ? And about the rechargeable battery means another additional battery ? Other than the one already in the camera. What's the promotion having now?

The HERO7 Black is waterproof down to 33 feet without the need for an additional housing, so the Frame that's included is a non-waterproof holder for the GoPro that allows you to connect it to other mounts and accessories. The HERO7 Black comes with one rechargeable battery in the package. Additional batteries are sold separately.

I have a GoPro Hero Black 3, are all the cases and mounts compatible with the Hero 7 black? Are the batteries compatible too?

Nearly all of the mounts should be fine, but because the HERO7 is a different size and shape than the HERO3, any housings won't fit the HERO7. The good news is that the HERO7 is waterproof to 33 feet even without a case. If you plan to go deeper than that, you'll want to get a Super Suit. Also, the batteries are different, so your HERO3 batteries will not work in the HERO7 Black.

Will this work with the GoPro fusion?

It s possible to connect the Fusion to nearly all mounts, including the Head Strat and QuickClip. However, the Fusion works best when there's a clearance of at least a few inches from the nearest object (like your head in this case). If you have an extender attachment like an arm from the Jam mount, it would work better.

Can I drive from Minnesota to north Carolina without having to change s card

Sounds like you're going on a road trip. There are a lot of variables here that make answering your question difficult. That trip is going to take about 23 hours or so, so if you want to shoot normal video of the entire trip, you will need to change out the SD card. However, if you are thinking about making a time lapse video, it may be possible. It will depend on what interval you want to use between shots. For example, if you use an interval of about 10 seconds between shots and render at 30 frames per second, 23 hours would come out to just under 5 minutes of time lapse footage, which would easily fit on most SD cards. Of course, you'll want to provide external power to the GoPro too if you're going to be shooting for that long in one stretch.

When I use my gopro 7 black. After 3/5 minutes the temperatures start increasing and soon its become too hot. Can any one help me, why its happened.

It could be a couple of things. One possible reason is that you may be shooting in the highest resolutions and frame rates. Processing that much info takes a lot of energy, which can generate heat. The other thing to look at is that the SD card you're using is compatible with the HERO7 Black. We have a list of recommended cards at https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations. If you use a card not compatible with the HERO7 Black, the camera will try to work with that card, but will continue to fail. That process causes the camera to be in a very active mode continuously, causing the camera to get warmer and warmer.

Will a Hero 7 Black fit in my Hero 3 Black case (super suit)?

No, the HERO7 Black is a different size and shape than the HERO3. If you're planning to take the HERO7 Black deeper than 33 feet, you'll want to get the GoPro Super Suit.
