DO I need a remote for go pro 7

You don't need a remote to operate any GoPro, but it's a nice accessory if you want to control the camera while it's mounted somewhere and you want to be in the shot.

I'm new to using GoPro, and I just got my first with the Hero 7 Silver. I know it says it's waterproof, but I don't want to risk anything. Can I use it underwater straight out of the package? Or do I need to buy a casing for it?

Yes, the HERO7 Silver is ready to go underwater down to as deep as 33 feet straight out of the package. Just make sure that the door is closed securely and stays closed while you're around the water. FYI that the Silver is not compatible with the Super Suit Dive Housing, but unless you're planning to go deeper than 33 feet with the GoPro, you won't need it anyway. Have fun with your GoPro!

Does this product record audible in real time recording?

Yes, the HERO7 Black has internal mics that will record the audio happening while you're shooting.

Does the Hero 7 Black come with an editing program for basic editing, i.e cutting, adding text, music, etc.

GoPro does offer the GoPro app, the Quik app, and Quik for Desktop software. Those are free and you can download them and try them out whether you own a GoPro or not. Also, GoPro content can be edited by nearly all major editing programs, including free editors like iMovie and VSDC.

Does a Go Pro #7 able to use Bluetooth on my phone?

The HERO7 cameras can use Bluetooth, but only as a backup to the wifi connection. There is not a way to use just Bluetooth to control the camera, preview content on your phone, or other similar functions. All of those are handled using the wifi signal coming from the camera.

Does this mount swivel at all or basically stationary and you would have to unmount then mount in the direction you want to film?

The mount itself is stationary once locked onto the post. Loosening it is pretty simple though, so you wouldn't need to remove the mount entirely to pivot the angle up or down. If you're looking for more flexibility, you could connect the Swivel Mount to this mount, which will allow you to pivot and turn the camera.

I broke one of the arms. What type of glue should I use to put it together?

Not sure glue is going to be the best solution. To be safe, you can replace the arms with a new arm. That way, you won't risk the arm breaking while in flight.

Why does it only last for an hour? Can we increase the time if we go continuously?

Battery life depends on the settings you choose. Higher resolutions and higher frame rates need more power. For example, at 4K and 60fps, you can expect about 45-50 minutes of recording time, but at 1080p and 60fps, you can expect about 90 minutes of recording time. Also, the HERO7 Black has a replaceable battery, so if you need to record for longer periods, having a spare battery or two on hand is a great option.

Can I hard wire this so that it automatically turns on and records when I turn my vehicle on

There's not a way to do that natively from the GoPro itself, though you can turn the power on and start the GoPro recording with a single button push.

I was told before purchase that I can live stream to You Tube but can't seem to figure out how to do that.
