The flying time is approximately 31 minutes....how does that affect the time with the handheld?

If you're just using the Karma Grip part of the Karma system, the Grip's battery should last about an hour and 45 minutes if shooting at 4K/30fps.

The HERO7 Black box contains the camera, the Frame to connect the camera to GoPro mounts, a battery, a USB charging cable, a thumbscrew, a quick release buckle to connect the Frame to other mounts, and two adhesive mounts.

This work WITHOUT wifi,Im going to cuba and there ir no internet so?

Yes, it will. You don't need wifi at all to use your GoPro to record videos or shoot photos. Everything you shoot will be saved to your SD card in the camera. If you want to upload the images to a GoPro Plus account or live stream, then you'd need wifi, but for all of the core functions, you'll be fine without wifi.

One note... you should still be able to use the GoPro app even without wifi (as long as you've downloaded the app already, of course). The GoPro camera pairs to the app on your smartphone using wifi, but that wifi signal is generated by the camera itself. You don't need to be connected to an external wifi signal to make that happen. Once you're connected to the app, you can control the GoPro remotely, transfer content to your phone, and more.

The Fusion is a totally different type of GoPro camera than what we've ever had before in that it is capable of shooting full 360 photos and videos. Because it's so different than our past cameras, it's not really a replacement for his current GoPro, but another type of camera he could use.

Can you transfer the videos to my ipad2

If your iPad can install the GoPro app, you should be able to connect the iPad to your GoPro. Once connected, you should be able to transfer videos and photos to the iPad.

Do you need a case for using underwater ?

The HERO7 White is waterproof down to 33ft on its own. No extra housing or case is needed as long as the door remains closed and you don't go deeper than that.
