Can you download directly to a portable hard drive?

It would depend on what the hard drive is capable of, but in general, you'll need to use some type of bridge between either the camera or the SD card and the hard drive.

Does charger come with camera?

The HERO7 Black comes with a USB-C cable that you can use to charge the camera's battery. It can connect to a standard USB port on your computer or to a 5V/1-2A charging block to plug into your wall. For example, if you have an iPhone charging block, that would work great to use to also charge the GoPro.

Do the voice commands on a Hero 7 Black still come through with the super suit on? I don't plan on using it water. More for mounting it on the front fork of my motorcycles. If I have to shut the bike off, I'm fine with that.

The Super Suit is going to muffle the sound some, but if the commands are loud and clear, the HERO7 Black should be able to process them.

When I put my GoPro 7 Black into this case, I have a black square frame around the image from the case (see attached photo). Is there a way to remove one layer of the lens protector on the Super Suit so I have a full picture?

If you haven't already, be sure to remove the lens protector that's on the front of the HERO7 Black. If you pull on it and twist, it should come off. You'll need to remove that anyway to get the Super Suit to close completely. Once you remove the lens protector from the GoPro, the GoPro will sit a little closer and that border should go away.

what is the size of the usb cable and where can i get a replacement

The HERO7 cameras use a USB-C cable. We recommend using our cables, but other maker's USB-C cables may work too.

how far will the Hero7 White transmit to an iPhone 6 ??

When connected using the GoPro App, the range is between 35-50 feet depending on the wireless interference in your area.
