Can you “pause” the 360 option and only use the front camera? Or does it ONLY do 360?
The MAX offers the choice of shooting in 360 mode or in HERO mode that uses just one of the lenses and records traditional videos.

How do you transfer to Apple Laptop Pro? Does it have to use the disk?
There are a couple of ways to transfer content recorded on your GoPro to your Mac. You can use an SD card adapter to connect it to your computer using the USB port and move files over just like you would from a memory stick or external hard drive. You can also use the Image Capture app which may already be on your computer to import content.

Is the Hero10 waterproof and if so how deep?
Yes, the HERO10 Black is waterproof down to 33 feet on its own. If you want to go deeper, there is a protective housing you can can use with the HERO10 Black that will allow you to take it as deep as 196 feet.

How long can I record before it stops recording a video? I have a Canon camera that will record for around 20 minutes, then it shuts off. Anything longer with this one? And I'm guessing it uses an SD card as well. Thanks!
There's nothing that limits recording time with GoPro cameras other than having enough power (which could be indefinite if you provide external power) and the size of the SD card you use in the GoPro. GoPro cameras do use a microSD card to store your photos and videos.

Yes, you can use external power sources to power your GoPro. You'll want to make sure they're outputting 5V 1-2A power.

what type of sd card do i need i thought it came with one but it didnt
For the HERO8 Black, you'll want to use a microSD card with at least Class 10 or UHS-1 rating. The Sandisk Extreme, Extreme Plus, or Extreme Pro, or the Lexar Professional 1066x Silver Series are good choices.

I have plans on going off-road on some trails and want to see if this can stay on the inside or outside window to get some great shots. Is this durable enough? Also as far as highway speeds can it hold?
The Suction Cup mount has been used at speeds of more than 150 mph. However, each setup is unique, so you'll want to make sure you're attaching the mount for maximum strength. That means doing things like making sure the seals are clean, that the surface you're attaching it to is non-porous, etc. If you're concerned about the mount not staying attached, it is always a good idea to tether the camera and mount to something stable so that if the mount detaches, the camera and mount don't fall off entirely.
