Can I use this underwater of 35 meters ?

Sorry, but the Media Mod is not designed for underwater use. When the HERO8 Black is in the Media Mod, the side door of the camera must be open to connect with the Media Mod, so the camera would not be waterproof in this setup.

The HERO7 Silver has an internal battery that is not replaceable, so there are no separate chargers or batteries available for that model.

The HERO7 Silver comes with a mounting frame, the mounting buckle, and adhesive mounts. Other mounts and accessories like the Suction Cup mount are sold separately.
