The HERO9 Black can definitely handle most bumps and shocks, plus it has even better video stabilization than the HERO7 models do.

Does the Hero 8 display speed?

For a motorcycle helmet, you're going to want something more secure that can withstand the wind. An adhesive mount stuck the the helmet is typically what motorcycle riders use most often to attach a GoPro to their helmets.

Will this still float while the Gopro is attached to the Gopro 3-way mount? (I want to take it into the ocean but I'm afraid if it's attached to the extension pole "3-way mount" it will not float and the camera will sink if I drop it accidentally)

The additional weight of the 3-Way mount would likely be too much for the Floaty to support. If you with this with a handheld mount, the Handler would be a great option.

Yes, the HERO8 Black can be attached to a helmet in a couple of ways. First, you can use the included adhesive mount to stick that mount to the helmet and then attach the GoPro to the helmet whenever you want. If the helmet has vented slots (like a bicycle helmet), you can use the Vented Helmet Strap mount to attach the GoPro whenever you need it.

Does this work with the go pro 8 black. I need the best suit(protective covering) for ocean diving

The Super Suit is designed to work with the HERO7 Black, HERO (2018), HERO6 Black, and HERO5 Black. It will not work with the HERO8. Black. For the HERO8 Black, you'll want to use a separate housing called the Protective Housing for the HERO8 Black.
