The Protective Housing does not float the GoPro, and once the GoPro is in the Protective Housing, it will not fit in the Floaty mount. The Handler mount is a good option to use in this type of setup if you're looking for a handheld option.

Is it good for going fast on high way like if your camera is on the outside of the car for the hero 7

Does it have WiFi or Bluetooth? I typically use a Bluetooth mic for a better quality of audio when recording travel videos

The HERO7 Silver uses wifi to connect to the GoPro app on your smartphone. Bluetooth is used to keep that wifi connection linked. For mics though, the GoPro doesn't support wireless mics using bluetooth or wifi. Also note that the HERO7 Silver does not support external mics. You'll want to look at the HERO7 Black or the HERO8 Black if you want to use an external mic.

Is there an option for a remote microphone? If so, how is it connected?

The HERO7 Silver is not compatible with external microphones. The HERO7 Black and the HERO8 Black have that option though.

can this be downloaded to my camputer?

Yes. You can import the photos and videos you record by connecting your GoPro to your computer using the USB-C cable and using the GoPro App for Desktop. Once connected and your GoPro is powered on, the app will import your content to your computer. You can also import directly from the SD card. Remove the SD card from your GoPro and insert it into your computer (often by using an SD adapter connected into your computer's USB port). Once inserted, the SD card can be read by your computer just like any other SD card or external drive.

So I have hero 7 when I charger it with my school computer charger I let it charger for 10 hours then I turn on and then it turns off and I lost the charger for it

The HERO7 Silver can be charged with a standard USB-C cable. If you're able to get another USB-C cable, try charging the GoPro using another power supply. For example, you can plug it into a USB charger block like you might use with an iPhone. A direct power source like a plug-in charger will provide faster charging than a USB port on your computer.
